Eric showed up on time and provided a simple and easy fix to our washer!

Gregory kept the appointment even though his arrival was late in the afternoon and was efficient and knowledgeable.
My only complaint is it took 5 days to get an appointment and I only have one refrigerator. Luckily it continued to run. I had to cancel a dr. appt. since my window was 8-5. I’ve never had an 8 hour window with other companies snd feel that isn’t reasonable.

The technician came out a took a look at my washer. He was very helpful and honest. He told me the cost to repair my wash, would be the same amount for a new washer. He was willing to still fix it if that was what I wanted or he could give me a coupon with a percentage off on a new washer. I took the coupon. I took his advice and I really appreciate he did not pressure me into spending more money than I needed.

Our service tech Greg was great! He was very thorough in repairing our Kenmore Elite refrigerator. He explained the problem, the reason it occurred and provided some instructions. I greatly appreciated the outstanding customer service and the friendly conversation.

Your repairman arrived in the time shared. A coincidence he was the same repairman that helped with another issue with our furnace last year. It was repaired timely, with professionalism.

This young man was very professional with the patience with me as old woman. I had pushed the wrong button which cause the problem that I thought I had. His diagnostics were done in a short time. The service fee was well worth it.
