My experience overall with Prim Painting was fine. Given all of their stellar reviews, though, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail they demonstrated when they stained my deck. To their credit, they promptly came back to my house to address issues with their work, but having to contact them twice to ask them to address the issues was a bit obnoxious.

Their painters left a box of paint on the surface of the deck before the stain had cured, so when I moved the box some of the stain came up with the box and some of the box stuck to the deck.

Their painters also just left messy-looking stain on some of my outdoor fixtures instead of neatly painting around them or taping them to prevent stain from getting on them.

In the end, the deck looks good, but the execution seemed unprofessional. Had they done the job right the first time rather than my having to call them back out twice, this would be a straightforward 5-star review.

I'll likely try one of their competitors for my next paint job.

The entire experience with Prim Painting was outstanding. The estimate provided was timely and reasonably priced. The painting crew did an excellent job with the exterior and interior painting we had completed. Some of the work required a good amount of detail, all of which was very well done.

Prim Painting recently painted my kitchen and master bath cabinets. They were very careful to protect my new countertops and flooring. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess for me. The whole process went just as they said it would with no surprises. The new satin finish is smooth and quite lovely as you can see in the first photo. There’s no comparison in the before & after. They also installed new, larger handles and filled the holes from the previous, smaller ones. I’m loving the new look and highly recommend Prim Painting.

Prim Painting power washed my house .
When I returned home from work, my vinyl siding looked like the day it was installed. I am beyond pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them for your power washing needs.

Wow is all I can say. They are phenomenal. From start to finish the absolute best experience I could’ve asked for. The quote was incredibly reasonable and they are extremely responsive. I loved that they trust their work so much you pay nothing until it’s done. The gentlemen who did the work were courteous and left it like they were never here. The paint job is perfect, every surface evenly covered. I cannot recommend them enough. Don’t bother with anyone else.

Update, I had them do additional work painting my shutters and front door, and again they were phenomenal. The painters who came were kind, professional and left my house like they were never here. They are the best!

Had a great experience with Prim Painting. I had my entire main rooms downstairs/upstairs hallway painted a light, bright color. They were on time, clean and did an amazing job. They got everything done quickly, a day & 1/2. Would recommend Prim Painting to family/friends!

They picked up on every small detail from caulking the ceiling due to a crack to taping over everything, literally everything!

Our job needed cathedral ceilings painted and three layers painted on the living room, entry way, and most of our second floor. The job was completed in one day.

We had an excellent experience with Prim Painting on two different jobs in recent months. They maintained good communication, worked around our schedule and proved to be prompt and reliable. Their crews were careful and efficient and their work was excellent. We had several rooms painted (walls, ceilings and trim) and we also had them remove wallpaper from our dining room and paint it. They did a fine job of covering or removing hardware and repairing minor wall damage as they went. They also did a superior job of cleaning up after each job. We would definitely use them again.

Very easy to schedule job at my convenience. Able to upgrade paint to Benjamin Moore Aura line for adjusted price. Work was done promptly in two days’ time - and they were very attentive to detail. Appreciate how simple it was from start to finish, especially in the midst of other projects taking place in our first home!

Prim Painting completely transformed our exterior. We had our wood siding, shutters, and window and door frames painted in drastically different colors. Going from brown to white is a big color change, and we weren't sure if the old color would show through. The photos speak for themselves. It doesn't look like it was painted, it looks like we had all brand new siding, shutters, and windows installed. The crew who managed this project was very friendly and hard working.
