I contacted Russell Landscape Services to get a quote on taking a tree down. They were very quick to respond and were thorough in explaining the process. Within 3 days they had someone out to our house to access. The next day I received an email with the price and explanation of what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the cost was out of our range as it's a 60 ft tree and we had NO idea what it costs to take down. I received an email back with a referral from Russell himself of another company that might be cheaper but still quality. This is huge. They apologized and spoke highly of this other company in regards to our needing a little cheaper price tag. It is all of these things that will definitely cause us to go back to Russell Landscape in the future. I highly recommend them!

Just had significant yard grading work completed at my house. I was impressed with Russell Landscape Services every step of the way. Communication before the work was done was prompt and clear. They even helped us scope the work to meet our budget. They did the work incredibly well and have been giving us support and feedback via email on how to make the grass grow wells and answer any question we have. Guarantee I'll go back to Russell Landscape Services for future work around my house.

We had Russell Landscape Services build a retaining wall for us. They were very knowledgeable and were able to provide excellent recommendations. The guys that work for Russell Landscape Services are very polite and always cleaned up after themselves. We also had then aerate our lawn and they cleaned up all the mess that others leave behind after finishing the job. Their prices are quite reasonable and we would use them again for work in the future.

Recently I have been working with Molly from Cooper Services and I have been extremely impressed! Molly goes over and beyond to help get any issue get fixed. Molly and the rest of the company are welcoming, responsive, and overall wonderful!

Cooper Services was hired by our builder to remedy a weed problem at our new home. There is a delay in laying sod and the weeds were overtaking some key areas of our home. The crew did a thorough job cutting back the weeds without damage to new landscaping and plants. They were very polite and professional.

We had Cooper Services out to fix our aging wooden deck. They did an excellent job on a difficult project. Everything was cleaned up perfectly when they left. I am now recommending these guys to all my friends.

We had Cooper Services install a French drain system in our backyard to address a drainage problem we've had for 2-1/2 years since we moved into our Westport home. The dedication, quality of work, and professionalism of everybody on the team has been outstanding. Larry regularly checked in with us throughout the process, and Dallas and Molly were quick to address any questions we had on scheduling or pricing. And the crew (especially Brice and Dave, since they spent the most time on our job) is one of the hardest working and most courteous and friendly crews I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Our drainage problem has been addressed very satisfactorily and we could not be happier. Great job, and great company to work with!

This company was a blessing for my family. Armando helped us through all of the process and was there to answer all the questions and explain anything we needed. He worked diligently with us to get our roof replacement approved through our insurance, despite how arguable my insurance company was, Armando stayed on top of everything and made sure we got what we needed for my family and our home. We recently had our roof fully replaced and paid for by insurance with the help of Tri State Exteriors. We worked directly with Joe Lynch who couldn't be more friendly. He came to our home, inspected the roof, called the insurance company with us, and was on-site when the insurance adjuster came to do his inspection. Our claim was originally denied, but Joe assured us that the damage on the roof would qualify for replacement and he worked closely with insurance to appeal the denial. He took all the heavy lifting and frustration out of the process. As a result of his efforts, our claim was approved. Further, he was also able to help my neighbor get a fully covered new roof whose insurance had originally denied their claim too.

From the first time they looked at the roof through the entire insurance gamut to the last nail, Tri-State was amazing. They documented the entire process, used advanced estimating processes that my insurance company was very impressed with and were prompt and professional throughout. Never once were we out of the loop or waiting for a response. And, the crew! The crew was amazing and industrious... displaying a rare level of craftsmanship that's hard to find. Recommend 100%

Nick provided a great estimate for a roof replacement that we ultimately decided to wait until next year on. We plan on reconnecting with him at that time. He has been very professional as well as patient with our decision process and agreed to do some immediate repairs now. He arrived a half hour after our scheduled time for that but had let us know that he was running a bit late which I appreciated. The repairs were done quickly and look great.

Absolutely amazing experience with Tri State. Our rep (Harry Duccilli) was extremely professional, diligent, and prompt throughout the entire process. Harry's knowledge of not only roofing but his ability to answer the myriad of questions from the insurance company and help us as new homeowners was absolutely vital.
