We have an old flipped home (built 1900) with a slate roof that needed replaced. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable with every stage of the process. Initially, we had to choose what color/blend we wanted for the roof. Jason showed us all our options and even allowed us to take home swatches of our favorites, so we could place them against our home and better visualize what we ultimately chose. Once work began, Jason and his crew were very efficient, precise and unbelievably dedicated. I
mean these folks returned to tweak something at night (!) AND once after it had been drizzling a bit. They took pride in what they were doing as if it was their own home. Jason would email drone pics of the process while everything was happening, which was great, as well as keeping us informed of what had been done that day and what to expect the next. We are very happy with how the roof turned out and apparently random strangers who tell us so while we’re working on our yard do too.
It was an excellent experience with DeMarco Inc. all around and worth every penny. 🏠🏆

Demarco has done several projects on our 100 + years old home over the past 2 years. We replaced the roof on house, 3 porches and a garage and rebuilt box gutters on entire house. We found issues along the way - rotten boards, improper previous engineering,etc. Jason was upfront on issues , options and pricing. Also, our front porch was unstable and needed a complete rebuild which they quickly addressed. We were able to get fiberglass pillars on front porch that look like wood but will be much more durable. The craftsmanship on the box gutters is amazing. Crews showed up, worked hard and finished our jobs timely. If there were issues, Jason addressed them timely and professionally.

Jason and his team are the best. Very responsive, thoroughly evaluated and explained issues with our box gutters and other assorted items and clearly explained the process not only to resolve the problem but also the small important steps they take to help prevent it from happening in the future that others may skip. Got his team over quickly to immediately prevent further damage. Can't say enough about DeMarco and the level of service they provide!

I recently had DeMarco Roofing replace the roof and repair the box gutters on my historic 1898 home. Jason was quick to come out and provide an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable about box gutters and what is required for the historic approval process. Crew showed up as scheduled, worked late, and finished the job much quicker than I thought they would. Any issues were promptly addressed. I would highly recommend DeMarco Roofing for your roofing and gutter needs, especially if you have an old house. Most places don’t have the knowledge to work on a historic building like DeMarco Roofing does. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Sam, Tim and the rest of the crew did a great job with our patio! We got a 12x23 with a broom finish and finished sides and it turned out great! Even better than the patio was the price, we thought it was VERY reasonable. The communication was great and the time to complete the job was great, we have even already referred a few people. Added an additional sidewalk, concrete pad and fence surround. Great work. Prompt and reliable. Will definitely use them for the next project.

In a little under a year the quality of the pour is showing. I can't blame them considering they tried to save it after a rain but it was a bit of a rush job unfortunately.

Bad experience, rude and nasty. Expected me to pay before getting home from the office to inspect the finished work. Kept texting me AT WORK that I wasn't going to pay him and he would put me in collections. Expected me to let someone else who doesn't own the property inspect it because he's a man and he lives there. Didn't clean up their mess, concrete on the fences, glass door and the siding, broken door frame and dings on the fences where they ran equipment into it, cigarette buts, nails and spilled concrete everywhere and destroyed the level and grass in the yard even where they weren't working from parking equipment there. Kept asking what I wanted to be satisfied, told him to take pics of my property down and quit contacting me. Told me that I had no reason to be upset and kept asking me again. Had to mention my attorney to get him to quit bothering me. There's more, but I'm tired of typing.

Tim and his crew were great to work with. They put in a concrete patio and resurfaced my current stamped patio. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services.
