Constraction reviews in Columbus, Ohio

Chris, Rudy & Gabriel replaced the threshold of my door and installed two brand new Larson storm doors. I completely trust them. Quality work! Highly recommend!

Chris was recently hired to install three lighted fans in my apartment. He was very knowledgeable, polite and easy to talk to . Chris cleaned up any dust or partials that occurred from the removal or installation. He was prompt and keep me informed from the beginning to the end of installation. I would recommend him and hire him again for other jobs . Very professional.

I had my front door and shutters painted and replaced my porch lights. I was very impressed with outcome! If you want excellent service at an affordable price then call Espinosa Restoration Services. I am beyond satisfied with the job they did.
Adding to this post... recently Chris and team add extra storage to my laundry room and did a fabulous job! Chris came through for me by fixing my back storm door. Years ago I had someone install it and they cut corners and it was coming undone. Thanks to Chris it is now fixed the right way and I am so happy with the job he did. Chris even took the time to explain and show me why it was falling a part. Prices for projects are very reasonable, and going forward I plan to call Chris any time I have a home project! Thank you Chris and team for great work.

I am very pleased with the work done in my kitchen. The cabinets and walls were painted and the ceiling refinished.
The cost was extremely reasonable. Thank you for the nice job, it truly helped sell the condo.

We used Espinosa Restoration Services to repair wood on the back side of our house that had been chipped away from a woodpecker. Chris and Rudy were professional, easy to communicate with, and completed the job nicely without any issues! We have already asked for a quote for another project.

I am so glad that I hired Espinosa Restoration Services to install my new toilet. Chris was very professional and efficient. He even worked on a Sunday! I am already planning to hire them for two other projects. Thank you again Chris!

Need help with your home renovations? Chris and his crew are who i would recommend. They replaced a horribly laid patio. They worked hard in the hot sun with a smile, friendly attitude and answered any questions asked. Chris also came on a Sunday, his day off, to replace 2 storm doors. Several others in our hoa have used Chris' services and will continue to do so. Thank you Chris, Rudy, and Gabriel

I highly recommend Chris and Rudy! Chris did a deck for me last summer and most recently did my stairs and floors. He is great at communicating and giving design advice. They are both so easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule! Extra bonus my dog loves them too 😊

Chris has been around our condo community with knowledge and great and thorough work. He replaced my storm doors with gorgeous Larson doors that meet the standards of the condo association.
He is friendly, kind and is always pleasant even after a hard days work. And he does work hard! Hard at his job and aims to please his customers.
Chris and helpers all have a good work ethic and clean up very well after themselves and leave no trash behind!
Thank you Chris and Gabriel for a job well done and your kind friendship!
I will pass the word and use you again when upgrading my home.

We are very happy that we hired Espinosa Restoration Services to repair and resurface our 2 car garage!
We had pot holes and crevices from winter salt brought in by our cars.
Both Christopher and Rudy were very kind, courteous, and professional! They arrived and finished the job on time. All my calls or texts were promptly returned and all questions answered. Pricing was very reasonable and most importantly, they did an excellent job! We were very happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them again!
Our before and after pictures

Christopher, Gabriel and Rudy just completed installing a storm door and three windows for me. They are such nice young men and do a fantastic job. They’re efficient and were so professional and knowledgeable about what they did. They’re very thorough and pay close attention to every detail of the job. I really appreciate their hard work and will definitely call them again when I need to replace the windows in my sunroom.

I hired Espinosa Restoration Services for a full gut renovation of my home in Newark, Ohio, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. Every phase of the project was clearly explained upfront, and everything was executed exactly as promised. There were no surprises, no confusion, and no corners cut.

This was a true whole-home renovation. Everything was removed and rebuilt brand new. The project included new countertops, new flooring, new cabinetry and hardware, new door hardware, upgraded LG appliances, new sinks and bathroom countertops, and new lighting throughout the entire house. A wall in the garage was removed to create a brand-new laundry room and pantry, which completely transformed the functionality of the home.

In addition, ADA-approved safety features were thoughtfully added throughout the home to accommodate someone who needs a bit more assistance. This included properly installed shower grab bars and other safety upgrades designed to improve accessibility and ease of use, without sacrificing the overall design or aesthetics of the space.

The design and paint selections were done to my exact specifications. Sherwin-Williams Duration Interior in Marshmallow and Pure White was used throughout, with four accent walls added by choice in the laundry room, living room, guest bathroom, and primary bathroom. The result genuinely feels like a model home. The décor, finishes, and overall craftsmanship are beautiful and extremely well done.

The pricing was fair and exactly what I expected going in. Each time a deposit was made, the work associated with that phase was completed as promised. I truly feel like I received a luxury renovation at a fair price.

Beyond the work itself, the team went above and beyond in working with me through some very difficult circumstances, which meant a great deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Espinosa Restoration Services to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and integrity.

The best choice for roofing, gutters, and siding in Central Ohio.

Grant’s Roofing did exterior work on my house. They were efficient and did quality work. Highly recommend for anything you need done on the exterior of your home!

Quote was competitive, scheduling was fast and the area was left in great condition after tree removal and stump grinding. They were also flexible in payment method and were easy to communicate with. I would have preferred a heads up before arriving but I was ecstatic for how quickly the work got done.

I would recommend to anyone. These guys did a great job at a reasonable rate. Monica was quick to answer any questions, and super friendly. They did our roof, gutters, cut a tree down for us, and put a roof vent in. Quick and reliable!

We hired Grant’s to remove 3 50-60 foot maples. Pricing was very fair and the workers were so nice and professional. They did an amazing job for us and we will use them again!
