Construction Company reviews in Columbus, Ohio

Great communication, easy to work with, beautiful patio, great craftsmanship.

Creative Earthscapes did a remarkable job building a new deck and patio for our backyard! We love the updated look and quality design and materials. We appreciated how the quote was given with different line items, to know exact costs upfront. Clear communication through out the project. Now we are looking forward to Creative Earthscapes putting in a new front sidewalk to match the back!

Chad and his team did a great job. They removed the old deck and added a cover paver patio integrated into the house with a firepit are and seating area. It looks great! I had a few pavers crack on 6 months and his team came out the same week to replace them. They have a great warranty.

Wonderful!

Great family business. They always do what they agree on and do not cut corners.

They were very professional, but could not help me with my patio repair.

Extremely rude site manager!!! Lied to us to our face!!!! Poor workmanship . Boards are coming apart and stair treads are separating from the stairs

Chad and his staff were great to work with. They were professional and did everything they said they would. Very pleased!

The entire team was very response and easy to work with. We modified a couple things on the fly with no issues. Thanks to Chad, Lisa, Kelli, and the entire crew.

Creative Earthscapes did a phenomenal job with our patio! Everyone was professional and communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Knowledgeable and conscientious workers and a great office staff to deal with. Also very competitive pricing. Definitely recommend Creative Earthscapes for your decking needs!

Chad, the project manager was very nice, but some of the subcontractor work was sub par and had to be fixed later. I would recommend then for building a deck, but I would not recommend then for any water features.

Let me save you the time if you are looking for hardscaping to be done. The website states that they do everything but swimming pools and clearly lists stone walls. We called to get a quote on installing a few retaining walls for our backyard. We were told they don't do this unless installing a patio. ??? Apparently "creative" only refers to their embellished website.

The CE team was thorough with their design revisions and communicated well throughout the process. The quality of our deck and patio is excellent. I couldn't be happier with the result.

Creative Earthscapes did a great job! The entire team was extremely nice and helpful. We had some upfront communication issues with what was included with the complete job but ultimately we love the finished product!

Fantastic experience working with Creative Earthscapes on our new patio! Dave, Lisa, and Kelli were all such a pleasure to work with, and the crew that installed our patio was amazing! Highly recommend!!

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this one is overdue and well deserved.
Estimate - sloppy and unprofessional
Communication - abysmal, inconsiderate, caught lying
Trustworthy - absolutely not
Price - charge top dollar
I hired them based on all the 5 star reviews online, and this deck & fence project was a disappointing frustrating mess. I do not recommend using Creative Earthscapes for any of your home projects.

Creative Earthscapes did a fantastic job! The entire team was wonderful to work with; from design and planning to customer service and contractors, Creative Earthscapes went above and beyond in nearly all capacities.

A perfect example of their extraordinary customer service; a somewhat minor issue came up a few months after the project was completed. Creative Earthscapes immediately (same day I emailed them), responded and starting handling the issue. Within a few days, the owner himself came over - at no request to us.

Chad took time out of day to meet with me and explain why we had a small issue. He then discussed how he would be able to fix it for us. Chad was certainly under no obligation to help us correct the issue, yet so kindly offered.

Creative Earthscapes takes great pride in the craftsmanship. Chad and his team took the initiative to immediately help us with any concern or question we had during and after the project.

For our project we choice the TimberTech Edge. We opted for the standard aluminum spindles with wood railings. It turned out beautiful.

The office manager Lisa, and the project manager, Kelly, are exceptional to work with! They both go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy; Creative Earthscapes are second to none!

We would certainly recommend Creative Earthscapes, and we have, to all Family and Friends! They will always be our first call for any project in the future as well.

Creative Earthscapes is a fantastic company to work with for a vast majority of projects. Their contractors and owner are so very detail orientated; they truly take pride in all of their work!

Thank you again to all of Creative Earthscapes Team!

I will surely post some photos of our beautiful deck in the Spring!

We couldn’t be more happy with our deck and patio! I was amazed with how Chad was able to make my vision come to life. The team of employees that worked on our project were excellent, it was obvious that they truly love what they do. We have had so many compliments from family, friends and neighbors. We even were even able to refer our neighbor to have their patio completed. I highly recommend Creative Earthscapes!

We love our new deck and patio! This was a big job and they tackled it with professionalism and ease. Communication was quick and clear throughout the entire process and the project manager, Brett, was a gem to work with. We are very happy and would highly recommend Creative Earthscapes.

We completed a very large multi-level deck and 3 season room in the last year. We are quite happy with the finished product, but there were times when communication was lacking, and the job took much longer (by many months) than the estimated timeframe given. We were very pleased with the price tag (lower than competitors, and with better products), and despite some design changes that had to be made along the way, the price was never increased and was exactly what we had agreed to. I would hire Creative Earthscapes again, just knowing that the project will take awhile!
