We worked successfully with Frontier for several years on sizeable jobs for our companies. When our latest job came online this summer, we worked with Frontier for some preliminary work and on the scope of the larger project that had a very important deadline to be met. When we were about 2 weeks out, they called and canceled on us. Just said they didn't have time in the schedule. When our schedule changed a bit, they said they could now accommodate us and we started moving forward. When we let them know we were ready for them, they canceled again. It has taken 4 weeks just to secure another electrician and we are weeks from being operational. Dozens of jobs are at stake and a thriving business is down because they could not keep their word. If you have anything important or timely to be done, do not use Frontier. Your business might depend on it.
