We have LOTS of windows and the additional challenge of a large Struxure pergola hindering easy access to several large windows on the back of our house. Crystal Clear Solution employees, Johnathan and Mamadou were detailed, attentive and friendly. We are 100% satisfied.

1st I need to give them credit for the window cleaning. However I won’t recommend them for the way they left my garden hoses after the work. In addition, I really regret letting them replace my window screens. They have no idea of how to replace the mesh screens. The screens came back with damaged and twisted frames, the mesh was with ripples and cuts. They did try to fix them. However there are still cuts in a few screens even after multiple fixes. I finally gave up. It’s a waste of money.

I had been considering permanent outdoor lighting for two years. Over that time, I had probably every company in the area quote me and ended up realizing that having a company install lights would be way out of budget. We thought we would have to go the DIY route, but thankfully found Crystal Clear Solutions at the last second. Although they are primarily a window cleaning company, I decided it couldn't hurt to talk, and I'm glad I did.

Within probably 12 hours of me filling out a request form I had someone show up to talk through options and explain their lighting. They were able to quote me on the spot and provide very straightforward pricing (can even see directly on their website). Once I realized they provided a superior product at a great price it was an easy choice.

Their pricing was far better than any company I had provide a quote, and it wasn't even close. Pricing was actually better than some of the DIY light installers as well. If that wasn't enough, the product they installed is top notch. The lights are the same lights used by some of the high end companies and the track system is aluminum and not cheap plastic. I can't be more happy with the quality considering how competitive their pricing is.

It only took a few weeks to have my product ordered and install scheduled. On the day of install, a team of guys took their time to ensure the install was done professionally and done right. The end product was outstanding. Great lighting hidden by a track system, with no wires or cables exposed. That first night we quickly shared pictures and had so many compliments and people asking who did our lights.

I was so dead set on doing the store bought DIY lighting, but now, I smile each time I see our home compared to others choosing that option. The comparison between quality and overall look of the lighting isn't close. This, plus the great communication every step of the way, makes it easy to recommend this company if you are looking for permanent lighting for your home.

These guys are great!! They got my lights up just before Christmas! Then right before July 4th I had a bad wire and they were out less than 24 hrs and had me up and running. Very professional and fun people to set me up. Quick response when you need help also.

These guys worked so hard in the cold to install permanent Christmas lights for us and they turned out beautifully. Their pricing is very fair. We have a two story house and it was a two day install just like they said it would be. We had lights installed this February. The team was excellent. They clearly communicated arrival times, what to expect and how the process would work. They even took the time to get the exact paint color of the trim and match it. The install was flawlessly done with real craftsmanship. We were given detailed tutorials on how the system works and they cleaned up the yard as if they had never been there. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the of their work!
