Caleb and Daisey were absolutely amazing. They were professional, kept communication open, were friendly with our dogs, and did an amazing job. Everything was efficient, cleaned up, inspected and well done.

Chris and Carmela were AMAZING! They did an incredible job installing our new lights. The spaces are transformed! They were working in our home for several days. They were professional, kind, and kept everything perfectly tidy.

Jack and Joel were FANTASTIC! They explained everything they were going to check out and gave me an absolute thorough evaluation of the problems that might be the issue. They then proceeded to thoroughly go through the processes to narrow it down to the problem it was. We all interacted so we came to the same conclusion to the problem. It was very nice that I got to give and get input and feedback. . They took care of the problem we wanted them to at this visit and I am sure I will ask them back to do other electrical work!!!!!

Matt and Dylan were my Safe Electric & Plumbing service technicians/plumbers. Both were very careful, thorough, friendly/courteous and helpful. Matt carefully explained my options and pricing. My downstairs toilet was rebuilt and works great! My hot water tank was expertly replaced. I paid for the membership, which gave me a nice discount.They are returning to replace the original lead sewage pipes in the basement. My home is in good hands with Safe Electric & Plumbing, and I like that I am supporting a great local company.

Great experience working with Safe Electric and Plumbing. Worked with Caleb on getting electrical needs addressed- mainly wiring, adding lights and removing old fixtures. 24 hours later- Caleb, Chris, Joel, Scott and Lauren did a great job implementing everything Caleb and I discussed. Outstanding! They installed a new hot water heater very efficiently and explained their work and the features on the water heater. I am especially pleased with how Safe Electrical and Plumbing responded to our leaking water heater and addressed it promptly. Had a similar experience with this company regarding electrical work. This company will be our choice for all our future electrical and plumbing service. And, when I had an issue with my hot water recycler the were able to return and address that issue.

Matt did a fantastic job explaining why the toilet was leaking and took pictures that explained the parts that need replaced. His many years of experience was evident in his knowledge and friendly service. I will definitely request him in the future for my plumbing needs.

The process and work we had completed by Safe Electric and Plumbing was done very well. Dylan was our technician and did a great job of explaining everything, replacing the breaker box and keeping us updated through every step.

The technician Adam and his apprentice (can't remember her name) did a great job inspecting and replacing breakers in our breaker box after a water event. They did a great job explaining the situation and what they were doing to correct the matter. Both were professional and amiable.

Rhett and Joel were such a pleasure to work with! They diagnosed the problem very efficiently and gave us several options to choose from for how to move forward. They were incredibly flexible with their options and what we wanted. They took care of the issue but also went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend using this crew for your electrical needs!

Dylan was punctual, and took care to be neat with foot covers and plenty of drop cloths. Making a quick modification to the original plan was accomplished with ease, and our new can lights look amazing! The communication with Safe Electric & Plumbing has been wonderful, and I’ll definitely use them again.

Kyle and Corey were my technicians and they did a fantastic job. I had a difficult to diagnose electrical issue and they had it figured out and presented all my options for repair in no time. They were very transparent about pricing and answered all of my questions and concerns. They were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up everything before they left. I have two small animals and they were so friendly to them and made sure they stayed safely inside during all supply trips in and out of the house. I highly recommend their services.

I called to schedule service on Tuesday and the technician was scheduled for the very next day. My problem seemed rather complex but Adam jumped right in and figured out the issue in a flash. Adam was great and a pleasure to work with, taking time to explain several options for repair. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently and I am so pleased with the end results. Chris and Kory were great. They were polite, friendly and professional. They answered all of our questions and explained technical aspects in understandable layman's terms. They moved furniture and cleaned up when they were done. When a thorny issue came up, they consulted with Caleb, another electrician at Safe Electric with many years of experience, to arrive at a solution. We are pleased with their service.

The company sent Tom Kelley for an electrical problem. We had other companies try to figure out the electrical on a mobile home. Tom knew how to do the underskirting on the home and put everything back in place. He diagnosed our problem. It's great to have a company with employees that care and have the knowledge! He was professional and personable. We were very pleased!

Chris Roberts was very thorough and professional. Chris did not try to give me a hard sell just the facts. Chris also gave me different options to choose from. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call Safe Electric and Plumbing for future services. Happy homeowner.😀

Austin was very kind and professional, along with the apprentice that joined him today. They were able to determine a quote for the original job I needed completed, as well as point out and thoroughly explain other concerning issues that may need taken care of in the future. These issues did line up with what was pointed out during my house inspection, so I don't feel like I was being upsold. Overall, great experience with the techs and I appreciate their time. Pricing seems a bit high, so I will be getting a second opinion.
