Absolutely ridiculous. We hired Benitez to NEATLY paint our house. And you would think that anyone wanting to do business would remain courteous and respectful; but that wasn’t the case for us. We initially bargained a reasonable price and he did not agree with it so he left and we thought that was it so we were ok. He then called back multiple times to do the job for us. So we each sign a contract agreeing to scrape and paint the house. Upon consultation, he was 2 hours late. When beginning the job, he barely made sure the surface of the house was clean and went on to paint. He walked all over our flower bed and broke multiple flowers and trees. Paint splashed all over the grass and plants. When we confronted him about it he said “it’s just grass it’ll grow back I don’t care”. When we confronted him about the getting paint on other surfaces other than the house, he showed no sympathy towards the situation. His use of language to communicate about those problems were foul. He cursed, used disrespectful language about our race and ethnicity, and completely belittled us. He would continuously threaten to leave because he couldn’t take constructive criticism. When respectfully telling him to fix the problem, he insisted on us paying EXTRA money. He can’t own up to his mistakes and simply apologize and fix the tacky environment he started in the first place. I paid him to paint the house- NOT THE GRASS, PLANTS, AND TREES. He sprayed all other the windows and lights around the house. He had also took a tool of ours as if he was attempting to steal it by throwing it into his pile, picking up what he can find to keep from our property. His disrespectful, unprofessional, and disgusting behavior towards his customers and their property is a disgrace. He called us back wanting to do business—we never called him back after he initially refused the offer. Never again.

We have used Benitez for many projects in both of our times and have been impressed with his work. He removed wallpaper, repainted our entire home, and also installed a door to the garage. When he gets to the home he is there to work and does not waste time. We continue to use him as our handyman.

Michael is good when he is around but he has been going MIA and not responding to emails phone calls and text

Be careful, he will charge you the full hour whether or not it was used in full or not. I had him over for a faulty repair he did, and yet I got charge the full hour and the most expensive socket I had ever paid for... $8 (for a lamp)...

You replaced my attic exhaust fan, now the house is not so hot! Very professional, explained everything, and cleaned up when they were finished. I bought fan at Lowe's and they installed it. Great value, will use them again and again. Thanks.

Michael is the BEST! We've been using him for two years on our rental property. We lived out of state for about a year and he was amazing at communicating with us, the tenants and getting the work done in a really quick manner! A lot of handymen in the area will rip you off, but Michael is an absolute sweetheart. He is truly just an honest, hardworking guy. Also, he will let you get your own parts and just pay for the labor which is awesome and saves a ton. Have recommended to everyone I know!

Michael did an excellent job at repairing a cracked/splintered door frame. I had requested quotes from a few different handyman companies here in Columbus, all of them quoted the job at $300 for replacing the entire door frame. Called Michael on a Friday, he told me 9/10 times these jobs can be repaired without replacing the entire frame/jamb. He came on that following Monday, worked for an hour and a half and did the job for a third of the price. He also charges about half the rate per hour as the other companies. Great, fast service, would recommend or use again.

We had a cabinet installed. Eddie was awesome. He was a hard worker, respectful of our home, and made the finished project look great. He was very friendly and even good with our dog. I will definitely ask for him again for future projects with Ace handyman.

This company is a wonderful resource for a handyman! We had a tough door handle install and they were very accommodating and helpful, and our door looks great! Brent does a thorough job and is very good at problem solving!

Ace was very easy to work with. In fact they were the only handyman service that showed interest in our job (installing a new counter and sink in a small half bath). Brent did a fantastic job. He consulted regularly about our views on the job and finished everything to our specifications.

Brent did excellent work replacing the vanity sink in my guest bath and a couple other projects. He was professional, kind, honest and generous with sharing recommendations. And I so appreciated Shannon’s willingness to get me on the schedule so quickly. I highly recommend ACE Handyman Services!

Eddie and Ben went above and beyond and I am so happy and thankful for the work they did! They were able to troubleshoot on the spot each time an issue arose and were able to come up with a solution so that I could still have the results I wanted for the projects I hired them for. They were also very friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. I will absolutely be calling them again and already have a list of additional projects in mind!

We had a leaky back door, 4 ceiling fans that needed installed where there were no fixtures, and a tv that needed mounted into metal studs. Brent was very courteous and put us at ease. Many other contractors either refused to do the door or tried to oversell us. Brent and Ace Handyman gave us a reasonable solution and quote and then came in under budget. We are very satisfied and will use Ace Handyman again.

This is my first time using Ace Handyman Services, I will use them again. The office staff was excellent. They were so easy to work with. They answered my multiple emails and phone calls timely and completely. Scheduling was a simple process. Brent, my craftsman, was fabulous. He came to the house, looked at my "to-do" list and gave me an estimate. He was thorough with the work that he did. He kept me up to date. Completed all projects. Updated me when a couple of things needed additional work. He thoroughly cleaned up every time! Great personality and so easy to work with. Price was appropriate for all the work done. ThankYou. Excellent Service! We have used Ace twice now, first to install interior doors and trim upstairs and then to install interior window casing. Brent was outstanding!! His attention to detail, customer service and craftsmanship were all excellent. We will be using him again for our bathroom remodel. Ace has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish, highly recommend.

This is the first time I've used Ace Handyman. I had excellent service at a wonderful price. I had a sizeable lighted medicine cabinet installed in my bathroom, a bedroom blind hung, and some molding placed around my bedroom door. T. Jenkins did a great job. He was friendly, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I am happy with his work. I will be calling them again for any future projects

Brian was friendly and efficient. We had a few small projects that needed taken care of and he did a great job. We’re already thinking of more things for him to do for us.

Working with Ben and the team was refreshing! I received a timely follow up call from the scheduling department, a clear and concise estimate and easy scheduling. Ben arrived on time, walked through the project to make sure the scope was clear and got straight to work. He performed the job efficiently and with the best attitude of any handyman I’ve worked with! He touched up paint, installed drapery rods and a flagpole, adjusted door latches and installed a closet latch. I will definitely call Ace for all my future needs!

I have used Ace Handyman Service for 2 projects in the past couple of months. We are happy with the work that Eddie did for us. He was very polite, explained everything in detail, and answered any questions that we had. My one issue was with our 2nd project - concerning the amount of time it took to get a written estimate and schedule the work. It felt like this was an office issue, and not a worker issue.
