This is far the best carpet service I have ever used. Bill and Herbie were personable, professional and efficient..My carpet looks like new.

I have never called another company after I discovered Stephson. Prices are very reasonable, and Bill has always done an excellent job on our carpet and upholstery.

Tear drywall out and had to mud and get a terrible job and then when he painted the wall he used 2 different kinds of paint so the paint wasn't even the same color then he left a big hole in the closet he was getting rid of mold and got rid of it but when it came to painting and putting mud on the bad spots he did not do his job he left us with a terrible job and my granddaughter had to go in and fix all his mistakes, he took advantage of an 80 year old woman and he charged her $3,800 please think twice before you hire this guy

We are getting things done around here! No joke, this guy has been here for 25 minutes and my carpet is 3 shades lighter (its new carpet and I vacuum weekly and have a smaller dog with an even tinier bladder. 3 rooms done in less than an hour! WITH FANTASTIC RESULTS! This guy is really cool and knows a lot of crap about carpets... And how to clean crap out/off of your carpet too. 😂 Hahaha Definitely worth the money and took no time at all!!

Stephsons cleaned our vents and carpets after we moved into our home and after they left I could really feel a difference.in the air. Not only were our carpets a few shades brighter but the air felt lighter and cleaner. I have allergy included asthma and noticed I haven't been sick as much as I usually am after we had our vents cleaned.

Best price in town, so I thought I'd give them a call. Scheduled appointment and was told I would receive a call about arrival window. At 8:00 am the next day, I received a call that they'd be there between 2:00-4:00 pm. At 4:30 pm I had not seen or heard from them, so I checked in. Was told he would arrive in an hour. At 5:30 pm, nothing. I called again. It was extremely cold that day, so I was a little more patient. at 7:00 pm, one person arrived, smelling like cigarette. I was very close to canceling, but decided not to because I already had my furniture moved and stacked in non-carpet areas. 45 minutes later he was finished, with 8 rooms. He could see I wasn't happy, so he offered me 10% off or free fragrance/allergy treatment? Not sure exactly what that treatment was, but I said whatever he sees as the best value. He said the extra treatment. I probably should've taken the 10% off. Pros: Best price in town. Con: Underwhelmed and disappointed. Next time I'll spend more money and go with better service. You get what you pay for.

I am so pleased with the carpet cleaning from Stephson Carpet Cleaning. On time, polite, and they did a phenomenal job. I was ready to pull the carpet up and throw it away, but after the cleaning it looked brand new. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We bought our home at the end of June and had Stephson come clean our carpets. The house was empty and there was only 3 rooms with carpet. They we kind and polite but 1/3 of the way through something happened to their van/cleaning equipment and they had to stop what they were doing and go to an Autozone to get a part. That's fine, things happen but it was a little unprofessional. Next I showed them a bedroom that was upstairs. The carpet was pretty bad and he told me the stains wouldn't probably come up, again that's fine, I understand how stains work. I didn't have high hopes to turn this carpet into what it once was. So I paid extra to have it deep sanitized. Fast forward to less than 3 months later and I'm cleaning the carpets myself. We do not wear shoes in the house and children do not eat or drink upstairs, but when my kid had a cough I let him take a cup of water up to bed one night. Of course it got spilt and I borrow a bissell pet pro shampooer to soak up as much water as possible. To my disgust the stains that "they couldn't get out" were lifting. I am disgusted by the gallons of mud colored water that I am not getting from this carpet that was "shampooed and sanitized " but the Stephson Carpet Cleaning. Deeply dissatisfied and disappointed by the rip off that they charged us for not cleaning the carpets at all. Would never refer them out.

I decided to use this company when I got a coupon in one of those value packs. The technician was really nice but I was surprised that there was only one...every time I’ve gotten my carpets cleaned there are two people. He didn’t put any of my furniture legs up on styrofoam blocks which I thought was odd but then I thought well maybe they don’t do that....But then I looked online after he had left and it states on their website that they do. My carpets look okay but they were wet for 2 days. I kept my house at 78 degrees and the fan going and it still took forever to dry. Poor guy was sweating buckets too... for over 150 dollars I expected better results. I won’t be using them again.

I’ve been using Stephson for years. Tried a few others while settling on them and they are simply the best. No hard upsell, move the furniture you request and the standard stain treatment they apply before steam cleaning is very effective. My carpets honestly should not look this good. Bill was a great technician and I’ll be sure to continue to request him assigned.

I’ve used Stephson Carper Cleaning services several times and Adam has been simply amazing each time!! Adam, was prompt and very personable! He is truly an expert and takes the time to fully explain how to keep my carpet looking new. I have a little puppy, and Adam shared tips to ensure my carpet does not get ruined by any accidents. Great experience with Stephson Carpet Cleaning. Bill was my tech. He was very conscientious and professional. He paid great attention to detail, explained his process and did a fabulous job. My carpets look like new again! I also had him clean the kitchen tile and grout. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends.
