Tuesday sept 16th
Nicholas cornwell the president has not left a good impression. His crew damaged a truck and said to my face he would take care of it. He has after two days not returned a call or done anything of what he said. I sure hope he reaches out soon. Does not speak well for a company when they cause damage and say they will fix it and dont.

Friday September 20th
Still not even a call back. Pretty sad as the "president" of a what is listed as a top notch company.

This company is terrible. Been cutting the same area of this apartment complex for 5 days in a row. Still not done. They start gas powered tools outside bedroom windows at 8 am every morning. The completed work is subpar and they leave a mess.

They have been taking care of our condo’s for 5 years now and it looks terrible. All of the shrubs are overgrown to the point they are hanging over the sidewalks. Sometimes they mow the whole place most times they do not. Today they came to do leaf cleanup, they did part of my yard and left the rest. I called the president of the association and the guy from Cornwell came right over. He said he’d get another guy to help him and then packed up their equipment and left. I’m voting against them returning next year.

I’ve been working with Cornwell since my wife & I moved to Upper Arlington many years ago. The crew and service is top notch. They handle all our landscaping needs, year-round, from spring cleanup, weekly mowing, sod fixes, mulching, and snow removal during the winter. A+ company!

Cornwells does the landscaping and lawn at my complex, and have had nothing but positive experiences with the crew on my daily walk. However, I noticed some new faces, and upon closer interaction, they exhibited very poor hygiene. I hope Cornwells isn’t getting desperate and lowering hiring standards

These guys at Cornwell lawn and landscaping are amazing! Woke up last week to two large pine trees down in my backyard, called Nick at 7:30am and he had his crew out by 9:00am to get me cleaned up. His crew was professional and worked fast and effeciantly. They had both trees cut up and removed and my whole yard cleaned up in a couple hours. Do not hesitate to contact Nick and his crew with any of your landscaping needs. Highly recommended!!

Nicholas Cornwell and his crew do a great job. I've had several lawn services since moving to UA and Cornwell will be my last. They are always professional and responsive. When they are finished your property looks immaculate. Highly recommend.

I hired Cornwell to do extensive landscape work on my front and back yards including tree/bush trimming, spring cleanup, garden edging, perennial plantings and mulching, They also laid sod in most of the front and back yards where the grass had completely died out. The team Mike sent was wonderful. They were efficient and kind and overall did a very nice job. The property looks great again. I recommend them highly!!
