This is the first time I've used Ace Handyman. I had excellent service at a wonderful price. I had a sizeable lighted medicine cabinet installed in my bathroom, a bedroom blind hung, and some molding placed around my bedroom door. T. Jenkins did a great job. He was friendly, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I am happy with his work. I will be calling them again for any future projects

Brian was friendly and efficient. We had a few small projects that needed taken care of and he did a great job. We’re already thinking of more things for him to do for us.

Working with Ben and the team was refreshing! I received a timely follow up call from the scheduling department, a clear and concise estimate and easy scheduling. Ben arrived on time, walked through the project to make sure the scope was clear and got straight to work. He performed the job efficiently and with the best attitude of any handyman I’ve worked with! He touched up paint, installed drapery rods and a flagpole, adjusted door latches and installed a closet latch. I will definitely call Ace for all my future needs!

I have used Ace Handyman Service for 2 projects in the past couple of months. We are happy with the work that Eddie did for us. He was very polite, explained everything in detail, and answered any questions that we had. My one issue was with our 2nd project - concerning the amount of time it took to get a written estimate and schedule the work. It felt like this was an office issue, and not a worker issue.

Eddie was terrific! Very courteous and pleasant. He answered all our questions and gave helpful advice. He was prompt and efficient and did great work. He expertly re-caulked our shower, and he fixed two entry doors that have been out of alignment for years!

We had Eddie over to help fix a list of random tasks around the house. He came on time, and the work performed was done with excellent quality. He got everything done on our list in less time than we expected. This is our second time working with them, and we will consider using them again in the future.

Mark is a great master Handyman. Very mobile and never confused . He can do miracles and remains very inventive proposing new solutions.

Overall great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for handyman service! Eddie was exactly what we were looking for, super insightful, very friendly, and completed all our tasks in a timely fashion. We will definitely request his services again in the future!

Prompt and efficient help for maintenance jobs around home. We’ve used this Ace Handman for hardy plank repair, caulking outside on the house and the gaps in our cement patio. They have never disappointed.

Ben did a fantastic job repairing the ceiling in our kitchen. He explained every step along the way and answered any questions that we had honestly and respectfully. Would definitely recommend to any homeowner that needs repair work. Great customer service from beginning to end.

John was great. Very personable, tidy and efficient. He also took time to explain to me how I to handle something I was personally working on and was unsure exactly how to handle (better than a YouTube video). Price was a little more than anticipated but that was due to the real issue being hidden from view.

Steve was very personable and professional. Worked very quickly. Cleaned up the eprk area before he left. Would love to work with him again.

From start to finish, I had a great experience with Ace Handyman NW. I submitted a request online and was called promptly to discuss the project. Brent came out and had even more and better ideas, and was familiar with the area and older homes. There were a few delays due to my schedule, weather, and materials but Brent and Shannon were excellent with communication. Brent is a perfectionist and you can tell by his work, and the area was spotless when he left. I am so happy that my porch is finally matching the rest of the house.

John showed up on time. Was neat and courteous. He did great work on the project. Definitely going to look into hiring him again. His knowledge made the job go by quick and glad to have him. Thanks John!

We just had barn doors installed and we could not be happier! First of all they look amazing, but even more than that, Keith and Christian were so amazing, nice, personable and went above and beyond for us. They offered to do way more than what we expected, which made the doors look even better.

We will only ever use them from here on out for any of our home projects. We will recommend them to everyone we know!

Ben arrived promptly and discussed my concerns. He made some sensible suggestions and then got right on the job. He solved all my problems with solid work and was finished in roughly half the time he had projected. I was very satisfied with the results and will gladly welcome him back again.

I needed to replace a dryer vent line that was crunched by a too narrow opening to the cellar. Brent undertook a review of the alternatives and provided a cost estimate, which we accepted. When he came to make the repair, he identified a simpler approach to routing the dryer vent line. All of the planning time was done off the clock. The ultimate cost was approximately one-half of the original estimate. Care was taken to protect the pathway to the laundry room. He was prompt, friendly. This was my second experience with using Ace Handyman's services. Both very favorable.

John Staky arrived on time. We discussed what I wanted done and how he would be able to fix my fence. He finished the project in a timely manner and did an excellent job. Ace Hardware Handyman just completed the third project at our home. Rick and Brian arrived on time every day. They replaced a wooden walkway leading from our back door to our yard. Rick and I discussed what I wanted and he drew up a plan for the walkway. Throughout the project Rick kept me informed of progress. Rick and Brian worked well together and finished the project on time. They cleaned up the work site and hauled the trash to the curb where it was picked up the next day. I highly recommend Ace Handyman service and will continue to use their services in the future.

We had Ace complete several projects for us a couple years ago. We were very satisfied with the service and mostly satisfied with the results.

The main project was finding and stopping a water leak that was letting rainwater travel to a spot in our bathroom, ruining the drywall. I really appreciated the patience and dedication both Brent and Don demonstrated in trying to get to the bottom of the issue over a span of weeks.

When the leak was stopped, Roman did a terrific job replacing the drywall and repainting the wall. He also remounted our toilet, which had been done incorrectly by the previous homeowner.

Brent and another technician also fixed the alignment of some cabinets and installation of a dishwasher that had been shoddily done by the previous homeowner. Unfortunately, their solution for remounting the dishwasher safely and securely only lasted a couple months.

Overall, very satisfied, as some of the issues they were trying to fix had some tricky root causes.

We had a bit of an odd project, tuckpointing a thin brick wall. Roman came over right on time, gave a great recommendation on the materials to use and how to approach the project, and got right to it. He did an amazing job and I'm glad I spent money to have it done by a professional. Would highly-recommend Roman at Ace Handyman!

Ramon did a great job on a large variety of projects over the course of a week, from some drywall and painting, installing some trim for a new oven and building a new access panel from scratch. Everything looked great and was completed within the estimated time!
