Could not be more happy with my carpets! Signature did a wonderful job and they look good as new. Our technician Michael was as pleasant as can be and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Signature.

This is the third time we have used Signature Carpet, and they did a fantastic job! Very professional from the scheduling to the service call. Michael did a great job cleaning our carpets and a sectional couch. They all look fantastic! We will definitely be using this company again.

I was impressed with Signature Carpet primarily for their attention to detail and customer service. My technician, Michael, called and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He was on time, professional, walked through my home to see the layout and allow me to point out any problem areas. He used corner guards to protect my walls and did my entire house in just under two hours. He did a great job and was very courteous! I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Signature has cleaned our carpets several times over the last few year. They have always done a great job. Recently we had them out to do our tile floors in our kitchen, bath and garage entry. Brandon was very professional and our floors look fantastic, like the day we moved in 12 years ago! We will use Signature again and always recommend them to our family & friends.

I would highly recommend Signature Carpet Care. Every time they leave my house my carpet looks brand new and their equipment takes up stains/spots. Michael and Brandon are friendly and efficient. They are punctual and work very hard to make your carpet look fantastic! The office worker was so helpful when I really needed an emergency cleaning! I would highly recommend this excellent company!

Our bulldog passed away suddenly while we were out of the house and there was a little bit of a mess when we found him. Since we have used Signature Carpet Care & Cleaning in the past, they were our first call. I explained our situation and Jamie (owner) called me back personally. Despite being extremely busy with no available appointments, they were sympathetic to our needs and made a special trip out to our home for service. Brandon was extremely professional and was even early to the appt. There was a slight mix up with the address he was coming to, but we got that resolved quickly. Very happy with the process and service. Great quality, reasonably priced! Highly recommend Signature for your carpet & upholstery cleaning needs!!

I've used Signature Carpet for almost 10 years and they always clean my carpets so well. I have pets who make messes and Signature Carpet can get all the stains out. The tech that was at my house was very respectful and efficient.

My first experience with Signature Carpet was absolutely amazing!! 🤗Brandon was right on time...he was helpful, courteous and professional. He did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. I would like to also thank Mike for the courtesy call he made to me regarding an unexpected change in my time. I have been treated with great customer service since the first day I made the call. I can't remember the lady's name who was soo kind and helpful. I have always worked in the customer service field, and I am a true believer in first impressions are lasting impressions. With the rains this week, my sump pump finally stopped working. And being just before a holiday, I was concerned about getting someone to get the water out of the basement. But Signature Carpet had someone out within an hour after my call. He did a great job extracting the water and sanitizing the carpet to avoid any mold or mildew issues. They will be my first call the next time I need any carpet care. Highly recommend.

I was so impressed with Signature Carpet’s carpet cleaning - I had my carpets cleaned prior and was told that certain stains could not be removed - but they were gone! The techs were very helpful and kind and I plan to use them next year as well!

Signature is the best of the best! I’ve used them for standing water in a newly remodeled basement as well as deep cleaning pet stained carpet, hardwood and tile floors. Mike and Brandon are always very nice and professional! Highly recommend this locally owned company.
