They did a great job on our carpets. We have pets and pet smells and stains. After they were done it was like new.

We have used Corey with Pro Steam since we moved into our condo in Westerville numerous times. We have known him for years as my son went to St. Michael's with him years and years ago. He is reliable, knowledgeable, polite, and always on-time, not to mention REASONABLY PRICED, unlike the larger commercial companies.

Corey and Paul were wonderful to work with! We had some issues where we had to reschedule last minute two different times, due to our daughter being in the NICU, and they worked with us to reschedule and make sure we were able to get the carpet cleaned before my daughter was discharged. We were very grateful for their flexibility and professionalism!

Let me tell you, if you are looking for someone who does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet, you need to contact Paul at Pro Stream. They were able to remove spot that was in the carpet. They far exceeded my expectations. They even got the rust stains out. This is also a local family owned business and in speaking to my neighbors, it sounds like most of us use the same company to clean our carpets. Give Paul a call. You won't regret it.

I am a senior woman with carpets and have used a variety of carpet cleaning companies over the year. A friend recommended Pro Steam and I decided to give them a try. Wow! Ricky came and spent time on my carpets. Not only was Ricky professional and knowlegible, but he also was friendly, sharing tips for cleaning up from my new rescue dog. Frankly, I can’t imagine using any other company ever again. And by the way, they are very reasonable in pricing. I will be using Ricky at Pro Steam in the future.

Needed to have an executive desk disassembled and moved to the garage, which Mike and Eli did an excellent job. The ease of requesting service on their website and getting back to me so quickly is one of the reasons I chose this company. Pricing was reasonable, they were professional and courteous no damage to walls, wore shoe covers which is why I will use them again for future work. Highly recommend.

Nora and her team do an amazing job. She has done regular cleaning for me, special jobs as well as recently cleaned for a move we made. Every time she is on time, does a great job is courteous and very accommodating when I need to make changes. You will not be disappointed. Once she cleans for you you won't want anyone else.
