Norma's Cleaning Services

We have a 1650 square foot home, it is just my husband and I and the home is fairly clean most of the time, I guess what prompted me to write this review is I travel frequently for work or pleasure and was told if I skip 2 months evenso the home will need a deep cleaning for close to $400, I also disagree with the posts praising how clean their home is since I particularly stressed base boards and window sills, I only get cleaning once a month and find that especially behind doors or in corners my trim is not clean, light switches and high traffic areas on doors are not cleaned regularly, had to point out certain areas that were not clean, my last visit I believe was missed until I contacted the company, multiple people came to clean me house, multiple cleaning techniques were used but the cleaning really was not satisfactory, I could see the dust under the couch, most dirt was just pushed into a corner with a mop, floor was not cleaned with broom or vacuum prior to mopping and my floor was extremely wet for a long time, I could continue with pointing out other short comings but I guess you get the overall picture,

I've been with Norma for almost two years. Her crew does a great job in cleaning my condo!

Norma was very responsive when deciding what day/time for her to come out. We were moving into a new house and needed a deep clean, Norma and team did a thorough job cleaning! Very professional and kind, I highly recommend her service.
