Really appreciate how clean our carpet (2 bedrooms), rug, and sectional. We live in a high rise so their ability to be professional is much appreciated. The are able to get the dog hair and food stains out.

Very disappointing experience!!!!!
After their recent cleaning, my oven light stopped working the very next day. When I checked inside the oven, there were chemical spray marks all over it, and it didnt look cleaned.
I contacted as soon as I noticed and sent multiple photos showing the condition of the oven. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they became very defensive. After I shared the photos clearly showing the problem, they completely stopped responding. Their lack of accountability and communication is truly disappointing!!
