They always did amazing work and on time at my apartment property's

The technician was friendly and did a great job removing the water from my apartment but he was suppose to comeback and deodorize my apartment 2days later hasn't shown and when I called the clerk lied and was rude as hell and just hung up on me horrible service never recommending them and hope they shut down

My apartment is fountain place apartments you can call the office and ask we've been trying to call for days and get this resolved

We use One-Way at a lot of my properties. They are always nice, professional and make sure the job is complete. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Old style van. Driving down route 28 in Milford. Rocks flung at my windshield from the old van. No mud flaps.... Do they inspect their vehicles before and after driving? Called and let them know damage to my windshield. I know its on me yet if they had mid flaps... This would have been avoided

Horrible service. They lied about what they did at our apartment When they were here. Was suppose to clean the carpets after the apartment above us cause our apartment to be flooded. Two days later When they finally showed up at 930 at night. All they did was get a little bit of water out of the hallway. Which was still wet after they left. They left the bedroom window wide opwn with pets in the apartment, anyone could have climbed right on in since we live on the ground floor. Then they told the apartment complex they cleaned the carpets and evwn moved furniture. They did none of that. They are a bunch of liars that don't do what they are being paid to do. Horrible service horrible.company and rude ass people

Such friendly guys and they did such an awesome job on my carpet! It looks like brand new and they were really fast as well! Five stars hands down!!

These people will lie for an extra buck. They inspected my apartments carpet that was already cleaned via carpet cleaner before move out and they claimed "Due to excessive urine and damage to carpet rec. replacement." This caused me to be charged a hefty move out fine even though there was no urine what so ever in the carpet. I am an adult with a 4 year old that was potty trained when she was 2, and have never had any pets. There is no way there was urine on the carpet. When trying to get into contact with the owner the receptionist gave me the run around and hung up on me. They don't care because they already got paid off of their lie and the apartment complex doesn't care (brentwood lakes) because they expect me to pay. When you move out of any apartment double check if these people are lying to get an extra buck out of the long run, because in the end you will be the one who gets screwed over. If you rent from a place that uses this place as a carpet cleaner place beware, they will make up anything so they can charge the apartment complex extra and that will trickle down to you.

The apartment complex I live at uses these guys to clean the carpets in our buildings. Every single time I request the carpet in my apartment to be cleaned, the guys that come from One Way (usually 2) are friendly, upbeat, efficient, and quick! Thank you for sending quality workers to come into my home and treat it and myself respectfully and have a good time doing it!

I'm a property manager who has lost two move ins because they don't show up. Claims I'm not on the schedule but when I talked to the assistant Christine she stats that I was on the schedule. I was offered a free cleaning this time. It doesnt make up for the loss of a move in. I'm taking my business to a more reliable company

We used a Groupon that was bought as a gift for 3 hours of cleaning. They were professional and thorough in their cleaning- going additional steps to even fold blankets in my son’s crib to make everything look well organized and clean! They used an app to communicate with us while at our home and they were trustworthy. They had our entire house clean in less than 2 hours, (which computes to over the 3 “cleaning hours” with the two people). They were late, which was because of houses prior to ours which is out of their control. I wish the contact person could have kept us more updated when they were late and how long they would be- which is the decreased star. However the actual team did stellar work!

They did a wonderful job at our place! My wife is very skeptical of cleaning teams because they often will do such a few amount of things. However, she was very satisfied with their work! Definitely looking to commit to continual cleanings especially with their great prices!

I first used Duque Cleaning Services via Groupon. Let me tell you that they are fantastic. Even though I always keep my house organized, they are very thorough and do an amazing job!

Because of my initial experience, I’ve hired their services permanently and they clean my home every two weeks. (It used to be on a weekly basis until my finances declined). Hopefully some day again I do look forward to contracting them on a weekly basis. In the meantime, every other week I know that I come home from work to a sparkling house and it’s fresh and smelling lovely.

Duque Cleaning are licensed and insured. I trust them and gave them access to my home. They know exactly what needs to be cleaned/or not based on my instructions. The best part about it is that I don’t have to be home 🏡.

Please know that personally I’ve never had any issues and shall continue to use their services. Based on my experience, I do recommend their services.
