If I could give no stars I would. These people were suppose to come and clean our apartment because we were moving, when I tell you that they did absolutely nothing I mean it. The only thing that they cleaned was the bathroom (which wasn’t even that dirty) the lady was there for two whole hours and cleaned a bathroom of a small apartment. I’m not quite sure what she did but I wish I can give them a 0 star. Because of these people we are now being charged extra for cleaning fees from our apartment. Never again

She ran an hr. Iate but was told ahead of time. She was very through on everything asked of her and I will gladly have her back when due. Wish I could have her here more often. Maybe eventually. But Jen you done your job and beyond when my fur babies got out when a neighbor in need knocked on the door. Thank you so much, young one from an older lady who has health troubles!!! I have been blessed by you.

I have always loved Serenity but this most recent clean from Ashley truly made my heart lighter and lifted a huge weight off my back, she was so thorough and so friendly and so patient when she had to work around an electrical contractor who was staying later than expected and just made our house into a livable home!!! I’m so grateful for her hard work :D

Our home is sparkling clean after a visit from Serenity! Scheduling was quick and easy, the team was lovely and professional, the cleaning was so thorough and efficient that the house looks new-- plus, they were super nice to our dog :) We're looking forward to having them come on a regular basis. I highly recommend Serenity Cleaning!

Serenity clean came out and did a deep cleaning on my house and it is such a huge help! The people are genuinely nice, and they do a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

We started off having a great experience with this company, but soon started seeing many problems. The cleaners completely disregarded our whole first floor one day during cleaning, leaving us to pay for them to clean rooms that were not even touched. They forgot to vacuum the master bedroom, didn’t clean the dining room table, and we dealt with a couple household items getting broken. Again, they started off as good cleaners who were easy to book, but at this point I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone.

Ashley did an amazing job for us. I had received a referral from a friend that used Serenity Clean. I always hate a new cleaner, Ashley put me at ease immediately upon arriving at my home. Total attention to detail, it's really clean not just tidied up!

Jen does such a wonderful job cleaning our home. She is thorough, dependable, friendly- and honestly what more could you ask for in a professional cleaner. We have two toddlers and our house is 4000sq feet, so cleaning here is not an easy task, but Jen pulls it off spectacularly every time. I’d give her 10 stars if I could.

Nothing beats coming home from work to a beautifully clean and fragrant home!!! Serenity far exceeded my expectations with my cleaning today. Prompt arrival and they immediately got to work. Every surface was cleaned, and my house is sparkling. My stress level with every day tasks is much less today because of this company. I could not be any happier and will definitely have them back and refer them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. The finishing touch that made me melt, the toilet paper roll, pictured below. I paid for a 5 hour clean, the person cleaning the house arrived on time and stayed for the entire 5 hours. The house looked no different, they did not follow my priority list, and our vacuum was broken by the cleaner. I'm not sure why our vacuum was even used they brought their own in. If you're looking for a good home cleaning I'd look elsewhere.

Update: I can't figure out how to reply to the owner's response so I have to update my original post. They told me I had to provide a video of the vacuum being broken, our cameras only save the footage for 24 hours so I no longer have the video. I didn't realize it was broken until after the video of the cleaner of was no longer available. So now my home looks no different and I am down a shark vacuum.

Had a great experience with Serenity Clean! They scheduled on short notice, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. Awesome attention to detail, very respectful of our space - we will absolutely use them again!

Used for the first time for a deep clean before the holidays. I got great customer service and a very thorough cleaning. Rea was so kind and took care to make sure all of my needs were met to above satisfaction. Have my monthly cleans set up!

These people didn't do barely anything they said they would, no mopping, no baseboards, no dusting..... When we called the office just after the woman left, they ghosted us. They didn't respond to 1 message, I called and left at least five for manager "jeff". I tricked the system by calling from a different number and asking to talk to sales, it's the only way we could get a person on the phone. They said, 'He'll call you right back", that never happened... They didn't offer remedy or refund, just a straight up ghosted us.

They did switch the sheets on the beds as advertised, which is unfortunate; because after taking my daughter to the urgent care this morning for a bunch of bumps all over her body that i (crazy worrier) thought could be measles or something..... Found it to be bites from all the bedbugs the woman brought with her.

This company not only stole our money for the cleaning, and now we're dropping hundreds (or thousands) on bedbug abatement. Avoid this company like the plague.... because they may bring one with them if you allow them in your home

I had so much anxiety about cleaning my bathrooms and felt bad because we have a very busy lifestyle. But Ashley came over and helped ease our mind about everything and on top of that did a GREAT JOB!! She listened to details and followed up with precision. Thanks Ashley! The service was so easy to book and I was so happy that I got same day service. My company that came over even complimented the results. I’m so happy!
