I was amazed that I did not need to wait for a cleaner to come to my place to give me a quote. errund could just offer me a quote right away and while my credit card was required for booking, i was not charged until after the cleaning. The amount charge was less than what I was quoted as my place was not too dirty.

I wish errund existed when I first moved here. Took us great pains to ask around for a cleaner. Whenever we liked someone her schedule would not fit with ours. We found one but her standards dropped over time. Errund pros clean our place biweekly and we have had no issues because of their checklists

Most cleaning services require a recurring program or advance sign up and I simply didn't have the time to plan my service. With errund, I give them only 2-3 days of notice and they get the appointment settled and the cleaners show up like magic

Errund requires a credit card for booking but I was only charged after the cleaning. I was not able to pay cash but card is definitely more convenient especially as I needed a regular service. Most times, less time than quoted was charged of course occasionally I requested some extra cleaning and my bill was adjusted accordingly after the cleaning.

Our maid was 25 minutes late, but only because her sitter cancelled on her and needed to make other arrangements, which is understandable. She also courteously notified us in advance so we would know. We are happy with the cleaning.

I was there was 1/2 star in rating.Horrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I REPEAT,DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We moved to a rental house.we hired them for deep cleaning which includes cleaning cabinets, wiping windows from inside, cleaning stove, oven, refrigerator. None of this was done. Floor were not swept or mopped, bathrooms not cleaned, trash cans not emptied, kitchen counter top was all dusty, furniture not dusted ( there was minimal furnitures), cob webs everywhere. And yes the house was empty, so essentially no furniture that needed to be dusted. It was like they came for few hours ,just chilled in the house and left . Do not use this company. And yes they charged $ 550 and did work worth $20. We had to clean house ourselves as soon as we can from different city prior to movers brought our stuff.

Was scheduled for this past Sunday at 8:30AM, got a text message the night before at almost midnight saying the assigned cleaner was not able to make it and would 12:30 or 3:30 work. I said 12:30 would, I was then told it would be 3:30! At 4PM i text and asked for an update on where the cleaner was, the first response was that she was lost, an hour later i was told they couldn't contact her because her phone had died!! I asked at 5 what the chances were that anyone could come, they told me chances were good, and to give them an hour! At 6PM I asked for an update and they said they couldn't get anyone out but could on Monday AM and could offer me an hours cleaning for free. I turned this down and they said i could get $25 off my next appointment. Jake the errund rep was actually very nice, communicative and helpful...but that is not helpful when i need my house cleaned!

This whole process was a nightmare, the model is flawed! Errund dont employ the cleaners so they are independent contractors, so there is very little accountability! It is a shame because the idea is a good one, but will always have issues while ever they have cleaners who dont follow through and do their job!

I wont be using this service again!

Christa and her team did a fantastic job! We moved in to a new home and it needed a clean wash from head to toe, when I walked in after the cleaning service it felt like a brand new home! We finally felt like we could celebrate being homeowners. They went above and beyond, made the beds, organized things on the floor, baseboards were spotless. I also had them clean the cabinets and fridge and I am so happy I did, worth the extra cash!

The “cleaning” team showed up 2 hours past the second, updated time provided by Errund via “Rob”. They stayed for 2 hours less than booked and did not complete the cleaning to anywhere near a satisfactory level. Rob continues to repeat the “no refund” policy insinuating that I should pay for time and services that simply did not occur. They basically mopped for $231. Furthermore, the “cleaners” reached out to my partner through social media questioning our feedback to Errund. From a safety standpoint, who know what information Errund has provided to these people that they then used to track down my family. “Rob” informed me that they only review resumes for the contractors and don’t have control over what they do. I again questioned the safety protocol. “Rob’s” only response to that was for me to email a generic mailbox for resolution. “Jake” emailed me back (after a follow up phone call) to regurgitate what “Rob” already said without so much as an apology for the inconvenience.

After speaking with “Rob” and now “Jake” through email (with no way to speak with a manager or person in charge), they can only offer to send someone back to “complete”. For obvious reasons, I do not want anyone that they send anywhere near my home.

I do not suggest that anyone deal with this company as they do not know who they are sending into your home and have no care for what happens after they send the person out. There are plenty of reputable companies that follow procedures to protect you and your home while providing the service that you’ve requested. Unfortunately, this is not one of those companies.

Cleaner came 10-15 late and had no shoes. When inspecting the place afterwards, I saw a footprint on my kitchen floor. The refrigerator was cleaned very nicely, but the freezer was not touched. Inside the stove did not look like if had been touched either. The bathrooms looked good overall, but the floors in the rest of the apartment were mediocre at best. Would not recommend!

Jake the customer service agent had helped me reschedule my appointment with ease. The cleaner came 10 minutes early fully ready to go with all of her own supplies. It is such a treat to have my home cleaned thoroughly. Highly recommend Errund.

I booked my first cleaning with Errund and they did an amazing job cleaning my house. I have now scheduled them to come every 4 weeks. I like they are a local service. Their customer service has been very responsive and professional and their services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Errund!

Firstly, I typically never post reviews online. However, my experience with this company was so bad, that I felt obliged to warn others. Initially (first few months) we had a cleaner come out every 2 and she did a great job. She then left the company and we had multiple different cleaners (many of whom could not come as the time requested) and the quality varied from average to terrible. Given how far the standards had fallen, I decided to leave this cleaning service.
I went online to cancel my service (I deleted my address, the recurring service, my email and phone number) but you cannot readily delete your account. More worryingly, you cannot deleted your CREDIT CARD information from their site. I then spoke with a gentlemen from the company twice and confirmed my desire to leave. The first conversation was abrupt, he was rude and seemed mad that I wanted to leave. He then called me back ~10 minutes later to speak with me (cooling off period - I guess) but I again reiterated my desire to terminate my cleanings.

The following week, my credit card got charged full price for a cleaning when I was at work. When I got home the trash had been taken out, but there was basically no cleaning performed. I emailed the company requesting my money back and that my account (including CC details) be deleted but got a reply saying "Our policy is to have the customer go and take care of cancelling the appointment themselves".
I though 2 phone calls and cancelling online would be sufficient???

This is a company in decline with average service and even worse customer service. STAY AWAY.

The Best cleaning service I ever experienced!!

I am amazed with the service I received from Errund. They are very timley, take feedbacks seriously and answers all the questions when it comes with scheduling!

I was able to book them for Sunday afternoon and the cleaning service included cleaning one bedroom, one bathroom, and my kitchen which includes the inside of the fridge/oven. They were able to clean up all the chinchilla fur that just sits in the corner of the apartment (every pet owners worst nightmare!!) and cleaned up all the water-stains I wasn't able to remove for months.

This saved me not just few hours but felt like I'm definitely getting more than my money's worth! I would highly recommend and definitely use their services again :)

The crew did a great job…. the booking process was easy as well. The appliances were shining floors as well. i didn’t know how much of a difference professional cleaning would make.

I had the pleasure of working with Radiant Renewal Cleaning. My house was extremely dirty from my house being the "meet-up" spot for all my friends or any type of event. I ended up getting the Deep Cleaning and I was very satisfied with how it turned out. My house looks 100% better and I recommend this company to anyone!!

Absolutely stellar job. My apartment was a disaster from working long days and not being able to clean myself on the weekends. I was hesitant to hire a cleaner, but went for it. Marisol handled that mess and more. My wooden table is in better condition than I've seen it in a while. Love the results, so glad I went for it. They were super easy to work with too.

Marisol and Brenda did phenomenal cleaning my apartment. They were quick and efficient. My apartment has never been as clean as when they completed their job. They were incredibly kind. Marisol even organized some of my cupboards and made more space for my dry goods that I couldn’t originally find space for. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.
