I had an emergency issue with my furnace and needed help right away. The technician responded quickly and arrived sooner than I expected, which was a huge relief. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix it.
The repair was done efficiently, and my furnace was up and running again in no time. I really appreciated their honesty and fair pricing—no surprises or unnecessary upselling.
Overall, excellent service during a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend Firefly Heating & Cooling to anyone needing emergency furnace repairs.

Goes above and beyond working with warranty company and work schedule to replace my AC. Very rare to find such a courteous, diligent, and capable technician. Highly recommend.

I would NEVER refer this company to anyone. I filed a claim with my warranty company and they sent Firefly. I had an appointment window of 8a-5pm so I took the day off since it was 95 degrees and I couldn't stand to wait any longer. The guy showed up at 938 pm, said the unit was fine just dirty and low on freon, he charged me for Freon and sprayed the unit with a hose and he left. It was cold for 4 days then broke again. I called warranty company, then called him back and he told me that I shouldn't go through the warranty company he could just replace the unit if I went through his company. As I told him I pay alot for warranty and want to keep it going through them, he never returned my calls or messages. The next day my warranty company sent an alert that they rebooted appointment with him, of course he never showed up or called. They're trying to steal clients from warranty company but have no genuine interest in helping you if you don't book directly through them. I'm in Ohio where it's 95 degrees today and I've been without AC for 5 days now. DONT USE THEM!!
