Excellent job! We had our stairway railing painted and everything was completed in one day. They were professional and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up when they left and work was guaranteed to our satisfaction. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

The painter was polite, efficient, and did a great job!! We were considering painting the room ourselves and are so glad that we didn’t - the completed job was excellent, done in a day, and reasonably priced. We were seeking out a professional to re-stain some woodwork we had in the gable of our front porch. Prim Painting did a GREAT job, exceeded our expectations! They were easy to communicate with. Straight forward in their estimate of the job (and reasonably priced). And efficient in scheduling and getting the job done. Couldn't ask for more!

We received quotes from 3 companies to paint our exterior trim and repair a few damaged trim boards. After reviewing the quotes, we went with Prim, primarily due to their outstanding 5-star reviews. They warned us in advance that they were overbooked and running several months behind. After about 2 months, Aaron showed up at 7am one morning (without notice) to repair the rotting trim boards. He did a fantastic job and I was very impressed with his workmanship.

A few days later, the painting crew arrived (also without notice) to apply the quoted 2 coats of paint to our trim. They applied 1 coat (missed several spots entirely on our chimney) and left our yard, roof and gutters littered with paint scrapings. We just assumed they were coming back the next day to apply the quoted 2nd coat and finish cleaning up. After several days, we contacted Prim and were surprised to discover that they were in fact complete and the 4 areas of missing paint on the chimney were the result of wood that was 'too far gone' to paint. I was a bit skeptical, especially since one the the missed areas was on the metal (not wood) chimney cap. However since our chimney is 30 feet tall, I took their word for it and agreed to have Aaron come back out to repair.

Aaron arrived several weeks later (also without notice) and started on the 'necessary' repairs. When he was finished replacing 6 additional trim boards on the chimney, I was shocked to discover that only 1 of the 4 areas 'too far gone' were actually repaired. According to Aaron, the wood on the other areas was perfectly fine and were just missed by a 'sloppy crew' (his words, not mine). See attached photos from AFTER Aaron completed his chimney repairs

Ultimately, the job is complete and looks good. However I only received 1 of the 2 quoted coats and ended up having additional boards replaced which were likely not necessary. Both of these failures are the result of the 'sloppy crew'. I tried to express my frustrations multiple times via voicemail and email, however they fell on deaf ears. I am assuming the poor communication and poor workmanship (aside from Aaron) are the result of Prim being overbooked beyond capacity. Obviously other have had tremendous experiences, we were just stuck with the short straw.

Prim’s crew did an amazing job painting the interior (ceiling, walls and trim) of our home. They were friendly, professional and had a great eye for detail. We would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!

This is the most impressive paint job I’ve ever seen. The care and attention to detail is superb. The quality of the work is outstanding. And on top of all of that, they are less expensive than their competitors. A++++ Thank you SO MUCH!

We had Prim Painting paint our kitchen, repair exterior trim that some woodpeckers went to town on, and power wash our fence and some stucco that was turning black. They were very professional did a great job and everything came out great. Also, communication was good before, during, and after the work. Would recommend using them for any interior or exterior painting and trim work, as well as any power washing you might need. Very satisfied!

Prim Painting arrived on time and ready to work. The paint colors that I had requested were confirmed and all ceilings and walls were painted in various colors. The project took two days to complete. Prim did a great job from the initial consult with Brad, who provided an estimate for the job, to the final painted product. I would not hesitate to use Prim again. Give them a try!

I was able to communicate everything I needed through email and photos, then they sent over the invoice within 24 hours, and had the painters scheduled within 2 weeks! We recently contracted with Prim Painting to have the exterior of our house painted. The overall result was great and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Through the entire process from the estimate to completion, they were responsive to our questions (and we had many), were very patient and let us decide when we were ready to move forward. Our house is cedar and stucco and I was concerned that the soft power wash would have an impact on the cedar but upon completion I was surprised how good it looked! The painting crew was friendly, efficient and thorough. The crew chief always took time to explain or answer any inquiries I had. I was impressed with how they caulked everything, how they taped off the windows and doors, maintained edges and lines, how careful they were around the landscaping, and made sure they had addressed everything to our satisfaction. Overall, a great experience from start to finish! I should note we have used them for some interior painting work in the past and felt they would be the best choice do address the exterior. We highly recommend them!

Hired Prim Painting to paint older stained cabinets. Others often get it wrong without sufficient prep. Prim Painting did great. Cabinets now look bright and updated. I would absolutely hire them again.

Hired them to do our community exteriors. They were awful. Untrained and unskilled workers did messy work. They painted over dirt and debris. They left a mess behind. They did not use drop cloths. I saw in my ring doorbell how one worker got paint on my outdoor pots and used her shirt to "clean it" thus smearing the paint more. This used to be a good company - we used them before and had a great experience. Not sure who is getting the 5-star work now as noted in other recent reviews now, but it was not us. Buyer beware.

We had our kitchen and dining room walls and trim painted. Julio did a fantastic job and we would definitely use Prim again.

Would NOT recommend. Mess and damage occurs and magically "it wasn't us". Owner accepts no responsibility for problems with poor workmanship once payment has been made.
