They never provided a price or followed up! I took time to show them around and told them what was needed!

Highly professional, responsive, quality work at a fair price

Excellent service, the 2 workers were very professional and punctual. I live in a 17 house HOA and will be sharing my experience with Premier at our annual HOA meeting this Sunday 10/19/2025

John & his crew did a nice job pruning my apple tree & removing the debris!

In and out and cleaned up and respected property, no problem. Great job!!

Rebecca always is knowledgeable and informative on what we need to keep our tree healthy.

Crew was awesome. Financing options made it very easy to say yes to service provided

Called them for a quote and they never came.
Tried contacting them back multiple times with no success. I would not recommend this company at all.

The work was done well, exactly as I wanted . Service people were understanding of what I needed.

We were very pleased with Premier Tree Specialists Columbus. I needed several things done. One of our ash trees was infected with the ash borer insect, and it needed to be removed. I needed foliage removed that was near that tree. I also requested that branches dIrectly above our chimney be removed. Finally, a large branch from another tree was broken & resting on our neighbor's shed, and I needed that branch removed. Robbie Morris came out, assessed the situation, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. In just a few weeks' time Robbie, Billy & Brian came and did the work. They were kind, respectful, and hard working. In a relatively short period of time all of the work was done and cleaned up. Robbie was easy to work with and very accommodating to my schedule. I even asked him about pruning a young cypress tree, and he took the time to show me how to do it. We could not be more pleased with Premier Tree Specialists Columbus. We look forward to having the company return to spray our remaining ash tree so that it will continue to thrive. I highly recommend Premier Tree Specialists. Definitely a 5 star company.
