Eddie’s crew did a great job today taking out 3 pretty big trees that had grown too big for the house and property. They were quick, efficient, polite and cleaned up afterwards.

Scott’s Tree Experts is unprofessional and amateurish. We did not go forward and hire them for the job due to their crude dishonesty. Scotts will attempt to claim the high road but it is their employees and owner that are dishonest. Their quote for work was for $33,825.00 and they presented that as if it’s a reasonable number. Their estimates run on the high end and the salespeople will say anything to get you to sign a quote. Scott’s: If you have the audacity to ask for 34k then you should return a simple phone call. We were told a straight faced lie about the scheduling availability by Scott’s. Once they realized we had signed, they began ignoring basic correspondence and simple requests for information. There are plenty of better companies that know how to treat customers. There was no escalation by us only clumsy, unprofessional fumbling by Scott’s. Run don’t walk, in the other direction of this company. We’re glad we did.
