Three calls today (Wed), two on Tuesday. Not happy. Had a new sump pump installed last month and stopped working, overflowing water. Can't do laundry. Giving 4 stars out of generosity. Duane finally came over w/o notice, 3 hrs later. Luckily I was home.

I can not say enough about Dwayne Welton! I am a Realtor and I have had lots of experience with contractors over my 20+ years in the business. Dwayne cares about his clients! His knowledge and customer service are way above the rest! Hands down one of the best in his field!

I've dealt with Welton's twice. They could have easily ripped me off because I don't know much about this stuff -- but they didn't. Instead, they were really reasonably priced and the took the time to explain to me how my system works, what to look out for and explained how to determine issues with my water system that may be outside their realm. I was so happy that I wanted to give the guy who came over today a tip but he wouldn't take it. Welton came highly recommended by neighbors and friends and I can clearly see why. The education these people gave me, alone, was worth the price of the service call -- and they actually fixed my stuff while they were at it. I'm extremely impress with Welton's and will use them again with no question.

Dwight was willing to send his son and another plumber out ASAP to resolve an issue I had at my home. Instead of needing that though, he walked me through a more simple solution over the phone that ended up resolving the problem. Will definitely use Dwight and his team for our future plumbing needs!

Well pump kept tripping its breaker and no water! Called Weltons when they opened the next morning and explained my problem. Serviceman (M Gangle) was onsite within a few hours. Had our records on file from the previous owner and went to troubleshooting. Very courteous and educational. Found rubbed wires inside the casing. Showed and explained what caused the problem and rewired. Less than 2 hours from start to finish. I suggested that I should probably save for a new pump as this one is almost 20yrs old. He agreed and gave me a fair quote. No pushy sales, just honest work. I will not hesitate to have them back out later to change the pump. He even showed us the date code and invoice cost from the original replacement! Talk about quality service. A+++.

Welton's have been maintaining my well for years. From cleaning the well when my output was low to putting storage tanks in my basement to fixing my kitchen sink. There do it all! They are the best!

I had a simple water valve leak and Mark not only fixed the leak, but educated me on how to fix the leak myself in the future! Super nice guy and he was at my house within 2 hours of making the request. I will be calling Welton for all my plumbing needs from here on out!

Dwayne has to be one of the best in the business, we recently moved into a new home, that had some well water issues. After talking to a number of other companies, it didnt take us long to realize that Welton's truly just wanted to help us. Others told us it would take up to 3,000 dollars to fix our sulfur issue. Dwayne took the time to ask questions and even did independent research to help us make or decision. We came across a solution, that dwayne had never heard of. He looked into it and saw some issues that a common consumer would have never noticed. They not only saved us time he saved us money too. Austin was at our house within 24 hours of us deciding to move forward, 10 minutes after he was done the sulfur issue was no more. The installation for Austin was some of the best work i have seen. He took the time to fix others bad plumbing, and ensured that we were happy with why he moved and addressed some existing issues. One of the most professional companies i have delt with. Save yourself some time and stress, call Welton's first.

Unfortunately they exceeded the quoted price by 300 dollars. Left me with a leak for 4 weeks after contacting them. Arranged to meet today at 9 am and get a call at 930 am that they will be late. Unreliable and not true to their word. As a family-owned business I wanted to work and maintain a relationship with them, they made this endeavor impossible. 0 stars

Our well pump stopped working. We had no water in our house of 6 people. I called Weltons and with in 2 hours they were at my house diagnosed the problem and fixed it so we could have water again. Overall happy with everything and everyone we spoke with from start to finish.

I cannot say enough about Mark who has been working on my very difficult and old well. I’m a first time homeowner and knew nothing about wells. He has explained everything from the work he is doing to how wells work, and then some. I know that he’s doing honest work for honest pay, he has been nothing but professional and thorough. I highly recommend Welton for all your plumbing needs, especially if you have a well, he knows his stuff!

Welton's Maintenance is an amazing plumbing company. We had no water pressure from our well and Mike and Austin from Welton's were out immediately to diagnose the issue, replace the pump, install new wiring, and ensure we had ample running water. Additionally, Austin's and Mike's expertise and professionalism were exemplary. Pricing for the work was fair and honest. I would highly recommend Welton's Maintenance without hesitation for any plumbing needs, especially when dealing with issues associated with well systems.

Installed new submersible pump, converting from old jet pump in our basement. Also installed new bladder tank completing entire new system. Also had to dig down and cut off old well head and installing new one all in one day. Great people to deal with, quality of work is great and they cleaned everything up before they left.

Really great people, service, and prices. Superb company and the only people I will call for my well water needs.
