Called 4 companies on a Friday morning needing a main breaker replaced. B Electric was the only company willing to work me in and didn’t charge a special fee. Fest, courteous, professional, and definitely my first choice for electrical work.

Called to check on availability for them to install a 240v plug for our water heater. The gentleman that answered decided that riduculing me for purchasing an electric water heater was the prudent solution. I was friendly and just looking for an electrician. I would avoid this place at all cost. A simple question couldn't be answered on if they were available to install a plug.

I called Terry over a week ago. He told me he would have somebody out here by the end of the week. Friday came and i called to find out it would have to be the next tuesday morning. so i waited all day today. no call or message. so thank goodness i got ahold of Rayner and they will be out here tomorrow.. I am so disappointed due to i was told this was a good company. i guess the plus side is they took my call both times.

We called today and Terry sent someone out within an hour to install our exhaust fan in our bathroom. They were professional and fixed our issue quickly! We are very happy and will use them in the future!
