What a big weight lifted from me now that I have a clean and fixed sewer pipe ,From the house to the street with a liner inside the old clay pipe no more roots or cracks or funny angles to cause clogs. Thanks again for solving my problem.

My main sewer drain was clogged and the wife was not happy. Called Clog Doc and they were at my house within an hour. They used a camera to show me the clog and the buildup of debris in the pipe. ROTO Rooter supposedly “jetted” the pipe but from what I saw in the pipes they did a less than satisfactory job.

Clog Doc unclogged by snaking and offered to “jet” it out with the TOTAL price being what Roto Rooter charged just to jet it out. The difference is Roto Rooter also charged me for snaking it plus the fee for “jetting”.

The two man team was professional and worked efficiently explaining the process as they proceeded to unclog my drain. I highly recommend this company to whomever needs plumbing services.

Very thorough inspection of drain with high def camera. Used hydro jet to clean drain line to main sewer. Very determined to find cause of basement floor drain backing up and provide solution. Provided clear explanation of process throughout. Have a few rental properties and will definitely call again. Service was exceptional!
