Constraction reviews in Deer Park, Ohio

These guys are the BEST IN THE BUSINESS. THIS IS A TOP NOTCH COMPANY THAT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. NAKODA was beyond great to work with. He took the time to go over every aspect of my project and even came back as a follow up prior to starting the job just to make sure I was clear. He was on-time and finished the project much sooner than I had expected. IF you have a flooring project call them you will not be disappointed. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and I couldn't have been happier with the decision I made to work with KOSTOFF CONSTRUCTION for my flooring needs.

I have used Kostoff constructions services now for going on 10 years and have been pleased EVERY TIME! Wether it's demo, or time for rebuild,Or even if you need your pool serviced yearly! Professional company who takes pride in their work at a fair price! Thanks again!

Kostoff Construction did the flooring in my parents’ house and it turned out AMAZING! They also did our baseboards. The crew was professional and quick. I would recommend Nakoda and his team to any one!

Truly a five star experience. From the estimate, to the actual job, everyone involved was friendly, professional and on-time. I will definitely be recommending Kostoff Construction. They did an awesome job on the flooring/baseboard install.

Kostoff did everything you can hope for when contracting a company to replace old flooring. They were responsive, efficient, and our new floor looks great. I can't recommend Kostoff enough.

Nakoda and his crew at Kostoff installed our basement with vinyl plank flooring. They did an amazing job with the custom work around our fireplace and stairs to the first floor. Came in under budget and a day early, and everything looks beautiful. Extremely friendly and professional, will definitely be using their services for any future projects!

I used Kostoff Construction for painting and miscellaneous repairs that needed doing before selling my house, and they did a wonderful job! Erwin, the painter, handled everything himself, and went above and beyond to make sure he tackled everything we agreed on and more, which was not easy in my 100+ year old home. I’ll definitely use them again for other projects!

Kostoff Construction is top notch and so is their pricing. Nakoda and Tyler are meticulous, they work fast, kept our home clean and are incredibly kind. My husband asked Nakoda about framing our basement and he said “no problem, just let me know when you’re ready”. Very pleased with their work. We will definitely call them for future projects.

They were very timely about finishing our project, did great work, and were extremely well priced for the amount of work that they completed. I would highly recommend to anyone and will be using them again in the future

Nakoda & Dustin came in and took over a project that had been begun by another firm, but when they hit a snag, they came back with a fix cost more than the materials. Not acceptable.
We were referred to Nakoda who looked at the problem and proposed a much better solution. They then did a great job of installing our flooring and evening out low areas.
Very professional, worked hard, only took breaks for lunch and wasted no time in getting the job done. Clean up was great as was attention to detail.
Would highly recommend them and use them again for any future needs.

We rec'd quality professional service from this company and the pricing was just as good! They did an outstanding flooring job for us. We called them back to do interior trim work. They did not disappoint. The quality was outstanding. Nakoda is very meticulous and does a very thorough job. We are getting ready to do an outside entertaining area and will definitely be calling them to do the work.

Kostoff Construction was referred to me by my brother and man, am I happy with the results! Needed laminate flooring installed before listing my condo and the team (Nakoda, Tyler and Chris) did a fantastic job to get the floor, transitions AND baseboard installed in one day! The pictures do not do this justice and they look excellent! They ensured my house did not get too dirty and were on time and professional. I would recommend them to both family and friends!

Nakoda and his team are the absolute best to take care of your flooring needs! He replaced worn out carpet and the baseboards in my kitchen, living room, and a hallway with vinyl plank. They also fixed quite a few annoying creaks. My home is much more beautiful and quieter thanks to them! Nakoda was very helpful choosing where and what flooring to buy, was punctual, and did an excellent job in just 2 days! If you need floors, this is the right choice!

We were referred to Kostoff by our painter and couldn’t have been happier with the quality of their work. They traveled far out of what is likely their usual service area and were punctual, professional, and communicative. No surprises. No disappointments. No drama. And the quality of the installation is excellent. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the overall experience. Plus, they were a great bunch of guys!. Highly recommended!!
