Had a little miscommunication on both our parts. It took the gentleman who come out no time to figure out and repair the problem.

This is the best HVAC company in the area. I had 3 other company's in my home within one year. Jeff removed the one year old Concord Furnace that no other company could keep fired (especially the installer. Phillips). Jeff came out examined it. We simply asked him if he would put this furnace in his mother's house? He replied absolutely "no"! We then asked what would he reccomend? He gave a fair price on a Thermo Pride. Installed it two days later. Prepped it so that after the vents were all cleaned out of soot from the Concord, all we had to do is flip a switch and it has been running Perfect ever since. Warm, quiet and reliable. Even though the Distributor is refunding $1,500 for the Concord we are still out $2,500. This is an expensive lesson but we are grateful for Thermo Pride and especially Ravenna Heating. Warm wishes to Jeff and Tanya. The Simons Salem, Oh.

We called them yesterday with a slight boiler issue, and they took care of the problem, and fixed a couple other issues we've been putting up with very quickly and professionally today! Professional, prompt, courteous service with a smile.....what more can you ask for? We highly recommend them!

Ravenna came out...Mike let me tell you this is the best most honest place...he was my second opinion on my oil furnace that was broken down for 2 days...the other company said I should condemn it tried to sell me a new one...Mike had it fixed in 20 mins with a 5.00 part. He could of tried the same thing the other company tried...he did not...he told me I would rather have a customer for life. That right there has got me for a customer for life...he fixed it and left. In maybe 30 minutes they managed to get an AC unit that sat dormant for 4 years up and running! Fast, friendly and honest. I won't hesitate to give them a call the next time I need anything HVAC related.

Wonderful service. My call was returned quickly, and Jeff was at my house within a couple of hours. He inspected my furnace, took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and got it up and running so that we had heat. Very professional and priced well. They are now my "go to" HVAC company.
