They have always been very prompt and easy to work with. I own rentals and done a few jobs for me. I would recommend them as the price is fair and service is good.

Quick and Efficient Service. Highly recommended!

I called for a routine back flow prevention device inspection - required by our water provider - Aqua Ohio. Our serviceman - Rick Gallagher - arrived on time - introduced himself and immediately put booties on his shoes to protect our home. He was in uniform, well groomed, polite, and knew what he was doing. Having been in the service industry for over forty years, I know what to look for in a company representative. Rick is a throwback to the good old days. Well Done Henry Heating & Cooling.

We live in canton and are very happy with their service. We previously were loyal miracle customers but their service has diminished over the past years. Henry has done a great job with our plumbing and HVAC needs. We recently had a capacitor go out on our ac. One quick call and they had a technician out and had put ac working on short order. I called at 5pm on a Wednesday. AC was back online by 6.

Major recommendation and will certainly call on them again if necessary. Mike did an excellent job figuring out what was wrong and resolving the issue. It was also much less expensive than what I was expecting. Thanks and Great job!

A HUGE shout out to Brogan and Andrew!! They were professional and very efficient in installing our shower stall and other plumbing projects for us. We called Henry’s Heating Cooling & Plumbing after 6pm because we had no heat on a very cold and windy day. We talked to Preston and he had a service technician, Braxton arrive within 35 mins. Super friendly and knowledgeable about what he was testing for. He had it fixed and our heat on fairly quick. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them if need be in the future!

I have had multiple excellent experiences with the plumbing department of Henry Heating Cooling and Plumbing over the last few years. Most recently, they installed a new bathroom in my basement. They did a wonderful job. The bathroom work perfectly and looks great. The installation went so smoothly. There was so much less mess than I expected. They sealed up the area to protect the rest of the house and left everything spotless when they were finished. I was thrilled with the work Andrew, Todd and Tim did and would recommend them to anyone.

Had trouble with my A/C unit called McMillen they fit me in and took care of my problem.They are very good at what they do and very courteous.

They showed up right away to fix a part on our furnace. When I went in to pay the bill, they were good about answering any questions I had.

Mike and his crew are so great! They came and did the job quickly and it was a job well done. I highly recommend McMillen!
