Top Level Concrete

If I could give Top Level more than 5 stars, I would. The owner and crew are extremely passionate about taking care of their customers and their safety. They took a ton of pride, not only in the work they did, but in doing the right thing for me and the members of our community. Their price was also extremely competitive compared to the other 2 main leveling companies in Columbus that use Polyurethane foam, which is the most reliable product and process when it comes to concrete leveling. They also offer a lifetime warranty, which was very valuable to our community. I am extremely glad we chose Top Level. We needed several concrete porches leveled and lots of work done in our community and Top Level delivered with incredible service.

I am on the board of our condo association and contacted the 3 main concrete leveling companies in Columbus that use polyurethane foam to level sinking concrete. One company up charged me 1400 dollars from the original estimate that the
salesman/estimator showed me. They explained to me that the price was increased because they had to move the truck to different locations to do the work on the different properties. This upcharge happened after I expressed that I was happy
with their original estimate and how professional and friendly the company had been throughout the process. They thought they had the work secured so they up charged me 1400 dollars as a truck movement fee, when most companies I have experience with would build that in to the estimate itself. Even though I knew they were trying to squeeze money from me and the community, I tried to negotiate the price and bring it down closer to the original. The owners and company were not willing to negotiate. The lack of integrity and greed was a blessing in disguise because it led our board to choose Top Level. The other company had questionable reviews and canceled my appointment for an estimate on short notice. When they finally came to check the property, the estimator pushed a contract that wasn't very cost effective for our community. The estimator did not even walk the property to look at the work that needed to be done.

My family and I have multiple homes that need work done and I will always call Top Level for any concrete leveling we need.

They just left my property and did a nice job at a fair price. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. Can't ask for more. Raised the whole side of our pole barn floor.

I highly recommend Top Level! Ammar did such a great job leveling the walkway and steps to our porch. He even sealed the joints for free!
