Home Builder reviews in Dublin, Ohio

Just wrapping up our one-year repairs experience, Bradley Jenkins is the best Customer Care Manager! Organized, efficient and managed well. 5-star experience.

Nathan Adams & Hannah Tucker are simply the BEST ‘new build sherpas’🤩
We are very appreciative and extremely happy!!!

My experience with Pulte at the Towns on the Parkway Community has been phenomenal. Each part of the process (sales, construction, mortgage) was smooth and the teams kept in touch regularly. On top of that, the community is beautiful and will only continue to get better as construction progresses along. The townhomes are a great size and look beautiful inside & out. Bridge Park is just a few minute walk away, but you don’t hear the noise/traffic being tucked a few blocks away. If you are in search of a new home and don’t want to manage a large yard/landscaping, I can’t recommend this community enough!

I’m so happy to share that I closed on my dream home yesterday! I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at Pulte Homes who helped make this happen so seamlessly. I am truly touched by the level of service and expertise I received.

Special thanks to JMichael (Sales), Nathan (Construction), Tony (Construction), and Katy (Mortgage) for their patience and for going above and beyond to help me. I can’t wait to start my life in this beautiful new home!
