Jalen and David did an amazing job and gave great customer service. My husband and I had 3 rooms, our hallway and steps cleaned. They explained all the steps they were doing and the after care. Definitely recommend. Thank you guys

The individual came out great job. Most important he was honest and straight forward in my question. Due to this I have scheduled for this company to come out and clean all or rest next year spring. If able would prefer same person if possible. He even gave recommendations for better performs, which is a plus. Thank you standby steamer for your service to me.

Christopher and Konstantin was an excellent team. Quick, efficient and courteous. Carpets and sectional were cleaned and sanitized and they look and smell like new. Thank you so much!

They came in through my garage and left the whole tiled breezeway from the garage to the house completely wet! They threw down a wet floor sign.
I had to dry the whole thing with towels and a mop or it would have turned into an ice rink.
The carpet on my stairs had basic dirt spots, that I got out myself with a spot cleaner.
They didn’t get out the rust spot in the bedroom which was a very small, light spot to begin with.
I will work on it with my spot cleaner.
Overall, not delighted for $270 for stairs and 1 bedroom, a hall and an open rec room. It maybe looks a little brighter.

Will I use them again?
Probably not after the mess they left me to clean up.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and service I received from Stanley Steemer.

My appointment was scheduled for a Saturday floor cleaning. When the technician arrived, I was informed that his equipment was broken and that the service could not be completed. While things happen, the real issue began with the rescheduling.

I explained very clearly that I work all week and needed an appointment after 4:00 PM. The technician specifically told me he would work around my schedule and make me his last stop, arriving after 4 PM. Based on that assurance, I agreed to reschedule.

However, on the day of the rescheduled appointment, the technician showed up at 2:00 PM, while I was still at work. When I contacted customer service to explain the situation, they placed me on hold, contacted the technician, and then told me that he denied ever agreeing to come after 4 PM. This directly contradicted what was clearly discussed and promised to me.

At that point, the lack of accountability, miscommunication, and unprofessional handling of the situation was unacceptable. As a paying customer who made multiple attempts to accommodate their schedule, I felt completely disregarded.

This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Between the broken equipment, failure to honor a scheduling commitment, and being told conflicting information, I have lost all confidence in this company. I will not be using Stanley Steemer again and would not recommend them to anyone who values reliability and professionalism.

Job, he came to my house last time and I was so happy to see him again. He pays attention to details and he has a great attitude even though I had a big job!! I should say challenging, 4 dogs, 2 of which are puppies!! Need I say more??? Lol

Dwight did an excellent job cleaning my carpets today. He arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew what to expect. The carpets look great and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciate his professionalism and the quality of his work. Great experience overall!

Thalia was great!!! Very knowledgeable and professional. This is my first time using Stanley steamer Adam come in because our puppy had an accident in the master bedroom at this point in time. Everything looks awesome and smells awesome.

Deandre showed up earlier that scheduled, which was great!!! He accessed the fabric of my sectional, reached out to confirm with dispatch best method to clean, and he got started. Two hours later, the unit was back to brand new. He was extremely courteous and detailed on the process and cleaned up the area where he worked. I would highly recommend him and Stanley Steemer for your cleaning needs!!!! Excellent work Deandre!!!!!! And in the pics, pillows are up air drying from the cleaning.

Christopher and DeAndre arrived on time, answered my questions, and immediately got to work. We had two rooms with some stains and they took care of those and made the rooms look great! They were professional and courteous and advised me on caring for our carpets in the future. Highly recommended!

Kenyatta was so kind, efficient and accommodating. My room looks so nice and fresh after his visit. He was helpful with working around my hyperactive puppy. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone

It was easy to schedule an appointment. Jeremy and Christopher did a great job and were very polite and respectful. Jeremy took time to explain the process and the issues that were discovered. He provided helpful advice and we chose to install a UV-C dual lamp. I would recommend them to my friends.

Shawn arrived early and began on-time. He provided excellent information about the process. He was hard-working, kind and completed the cleaning quickly. Great guy and in turn, a great reflection on Stanley Steemer. This was our first time using them but would not hesitate to use again.

DeAndre & Oliver were outstanding!
They were professional and efficient.
They explained everything they were going to do and did it!
They were in and out in 30 minutes!

I had my whole home cleaned. The two gentleman were helpful in making sure I got what I wanted done. There were many area rug as well as carpets, hardwood floors and vinyl floors to deal with. I would ask for the same tea if they are available next time!

Kitt was professional and showed up on time . My carpet was a complete disaster. I thought that I could clean it myself, but it got worse. My kids made slime and was so bad. I tried to get a commercial cleaner but it only got the surface.

My tech was DeAndre.
I got my front room carpet Oder eliminator cleaned and deodorized.
My tech did a wonderful job at explaining what would work best since I have dogs and also let me know that carpet pad can also hold orders as well.

DeAndre did wonderful at preparing the room and making sure everything was cleaned to my liking. We was willing to move furniture and clean all the areas I would like. He was very respectful, professional, and kind hearted.
Definitely a good first time experience and I would definitely be calling Stanley steaming store location Columbus 005 in Dublin, oh requesting my boy DeAndre to service my carpet again.

Thanks Deandre for doing your job well I will definitely be requesting you personally for the next clean. Stay blessed my brother.

Benjamin & Johnny were excellent. Very thorough and kind enough to explain the process in detail not only to me, but also on the phone to my husband. Highly recommend!

We have tile floors throughout our home. Although it is mopped a couple of times each month.Nothing compares with the cleaning, that stanley.Steamer just did.
We have areas that I didn't think would ever really look clean again. Over the years, I have had cleaners tell me that's the best they could do! It now looks as if this is brand new tile on the floor.
I am very, very grateful that I call Stanley Steamer.
The 2 young men did an excellent job and shared with me tips on how to take care of the flooring, what to use and what not to use on the tile flooring because it makes a difference..

Is that I recognize Jeffrey Slappy who was a student at a school that I taught at many many years ago.
This was a true case of the teacher becoming the student.
And Jeff did a great job in educating me.

Our technician Kenyatta did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and got right to work. When our carpet was done it looked wonderful. Kenyatta checked with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the work. Great job and very affordable. 👍👍

Ron did an amazing job cleaning our basement carpet after our 110 lb dog had a major accident on it.
He was thorough in his work, took the time to explain the cleaning/deodorizing process to me, and provided great customer service.
