Could not be more pleased with Dean and Upgrade Roofing. They stuck with me for almost 2 years as my insurer continually declined coverage for hail, as I watched virtually every home around me get a new roof. Finally, with Dean and his teams help, they did such a thorough job with pics, hail markings, hail weather report, that my 4th adjuster said they basically wrote the report for them. Thank you again Upgrade Roofing!

Upgrade Roofing is a fantastic company to work with. Dean is extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. He responds quick and gives his honest feedback. The materials used for our roof were high quality and look really nice. His installation team did a great job installing and cleaning up - it only took one day to complete our large roof. The following day another team member came out to do another pass around the house to find any additional nails and debris - I loved that as I have children who play in the yard barefoot. I’m so happy to have found this company and 100% recommend them.

Great experience. After hail damage, I was inundated with roofing contractors. Upgrade Roofing was the best and easiest to work with. I have State Farm insurance, which required them to go back and forth multiple times before approval. They handled all of it for me so I didn’t have to do any of the push back on the State Farm estimates. Once they got it approved, they did the whole job in a day and it looks great! Very professional and easy to work with.

Upgrade roofing definitely earns their five star rating from us. From day one when Josh knocked on our door, to see if they could check our roof for wind damage, to the final product, of a complete and beautiful new roof they were completely transparent and informative.

Dean, the owner, always answered our questions completely and pretty much immediately. He walked us through every step of our insurance claim, someone was there with the insurance adjuster. He made sure that we understood exactly what to expect, and knew the timeline for all our decisions.

On the day of install, the crew was here by seven putting down tarps, moving outside furniture, and ready to go. They were very efficient, respectful of property, and spent time cleaning everything up. They ran the magnet checking for nails in the grass at least 3 times!

This process was SO much easier than I expected! The team explained everything about the process super clearly and Dean provided detailed and timely responses to any questions. They were familiar with colors & styles that would be permitted in my subdivision and took the guess work out of making decisions. I wanted them to check on something afterward and they did so with the same high level of customer service they demonstrated throughout the entire process. I would use them again for sure!

This was truly a great experience! Every step of the process was communicated and executed to perfection. I was pleased to see that the owner of the company drop by my home while the work was being done several times during the day. I also was pleased to see that they completely put barriers up in front and behind the house, as can be seen in the picture that I submitted.

Upgrade roofing just installed a new roof on our home and got it fully covered under our insurance. The crew was able to tear off and install a new roof in one day. Recently we had our roof and gutters replaced by Upgraded Roofing. The roofing and gutter crews did an excellent job. Both phases of the replacement were done efficiently.
