My first time dealing with this company. They came out within a few days after contacting them. A lot of companies charge a ridiculous fee just to give an estimate but not this company. Everything was completed in a couple of hours and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them going forward.

Within 2 1/2 hours of my call I had their electrician Cory show up at my house. He was friendly and identified my problem quickly. I will definitely be calling this company if I ever have problems again. He told me "no charge" when I asked how much. I still gave him some money for his time though. Mike was terrific and I could not be more satisfied. We were having issues with breakers tripping at no clear interval and with no clear cause and Mike took his time thoroughly checking all possibilities. He communicated with me what he was seeing and was transparent with everything before ultimately offering a solution. He even provided me with his personal phone number to ensure I can get an appointment ASAP should problems persist. He also wore shoe coverings when walking around the house which was a small, but thoughtful, gesture. I will be using Gragg for any future electrical need.

These guys are great! They were able to fit me in next day for loss power in one our rooms (open neutral). Cory was knowledgeable and professional during his visit. while troubleshooting, he was able to narrow down what might be the cause of the problem. I said "might" because he was not able to access the attic to search for a junction box, to validate his suspicion. I have attic access in the garage but the way the hvac was installed there is no way to get where the connections are. So now i am removing the broken whole house fan so I can have access to those junctions. $150 was worth the visit to help me get closer to finding this open neutral.

Contacted Gragg to handle a small repair for me. Cory came out and promptly identified the issue I was having with a GFI in my kitchen, and also found a couple issues in my electrical box. Fixed all within 15 minutes and was on his way for a very fair price. Will definitely use them again.

Zac did a great job fixing an issue with a plug and switch without power at my house in Canton. The price was very generous, lowest of all the quotes I got. I will definitely be going with them again.

Had new lines run to my garage to add some outlets. The team was very professional, from the quote to completion of the job. Mike stayed in contact with me and answered my questions after providing the quote. Overall, I'm pleased with everything and would highly recommend them.
