I appreciated his opinion on our particular situation and decided to buy a new washing machine over fixing the old one. They didn't try to sell me hundreds of dollars in parts/labor i didn't need, putting money in his pocket rather than keeping it in mine. Much appreciated! We will call them again in the future.

Grounded Repair was responsive (came out the same day I called), worked with our home warranty seamlessly, ordered parts for us and was back soon to complete our repair quickly and efficiently. After not being able to use our dishwasher or the washing machine for 3 weeks, we’re finally back up and running! Joel came out to trouble shoot the issues we were having with both appliances and quickly diagnosed them. He was back in a week with the part that was needed and now we are back to saving time with dishes and no more laundry piling up! His prices are fair and he doesn’t overcharge when compared to the other businesses we spoke to. We will definitely be using him again should we have any other appliance issues.

Joel was fantastic! We had an 7 year old LG microwave that stopped heating. While other appliance repair businesses declined to take on our repair, Grounded Repair came through! Additional part was needed (unexpected) and Joel had to come out twice, but he was on time, on point and on budget (very reasonable). Friendly, professional and understanding. Will definitely call him again for any future appliance repairs!
