If you are looking for a local specialist (not one posing as local but owned by a giant corporation) these are your guys! I put in a request online early morning not knowing if I needed a new AC unit or just sercice, and the owner was at my house by Noon. I received amazing customer service and honest feedback. While most companies would have pushed to replace my older unit, Matt was honest that it was best to service it and no need to spend thousands on a new one. These guys have been great for me so far, I will be back, and bonus that they support the local community too!

I used Lakeshore to disconnect (and eventually reconnect) my AC because I was having some concrete work done on my patio. I needed a company quickly (less than a week notice), and the team at Lakeshore said they would make it happen. And they did. The price was very fair. The communication from Garrison was great to schedule both services. Matt, the technician, was kind, informative, and on time. Matt worked a late evening (in the dark) to ensure my unit was removed in time, and on a Saturday to make sure it was reinstalled prior to a heat wave. I was a new customer but I felt like I was treated like a family friend. I will definitely be using them in the future for my HVAC needs.
