Reviews of local pros in Eastlake, Ohio

Incredible! Had two trees removed and one trimmed down. Both trees were in probably the most inconvenient place possible. They were patient and made it work beautifully. Clean up was great, you couldn't even tell they were there. 100% would recommend and would absolutely call them again for any tree needs!

The work crew who put our mulch down did a great job - Jaden, Landon and Matthew. They were very particular and thorough. Did everything just the way I wanted. Everything was cleaned up. I would be glad to have them back again.

Courtyard looks wonderful! Parks tree came over and laid down mulch today! Jordan came to the door and asked me exactly what I wanted done. A group of four to five guys put down all the mulch very carefully. They even put mulch underneath the grow containers I had. The guys were extremely quick and tidy! Jordan was a pleasure to work with and even pulled a small weed before putting down the mulch. I would highly recommend them!

I was given a referral to Andy at Parks. He was out first thing the the next day for a quote and got us scheduled for service within a week. We needed some trees removed and stumps ground to prepare a backyard site for a play space. He took the time to show up first thing on the day of service to ensure his foreman knew our objectives and expectations before any work commenced. The whole process was very organized, professional, and detail oriented. The team left my yard very clean and tidy after having some heavy machinery in place. I will be calling Andy and Parks again for any of my tree needs.

I had a storm-damaged oak that needed emergency removal and Eastlake Tree responded quickly. They assessed the situation, gave me a reasonable quote on the spot, and had the tree down and removed by the end of the day. No drama, no mess, just solid tree work. Definitely the company to call in Eastlake, OH for any tree removal or emergency tree service needs.

Eastlake Tree in provided reliable tree removal service. Thomas and his crew worked carefully and made sure everything was done without any issues. The area was left clean, and the job was completed on time. Highly recommend Eastlake Tree in Eastlake, OH.

Eastlake Tree provided outstanding tree services. Thomas and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and made sure everything was done right. Our yard looks much safer and cleaner now thanks to Eastlake Tree.

UPDATE: Thomas passed responsibility on to his subcontracted crane worker, attempting to throw him under the bus. Thankfully, Dave (TreeWorx) agreed that Thomas' work was shoddy and insufficient, and came and fixed his mistakes himself; Thomas refused to fix it himself. Hire Dave, he's a responsible adult who cares more about doing the work correctly. I don't recommend supporting Eastlake Tree Service nor The Brush Cutter

Awful experience. Thomas is dishonest, makes constant excuses, and doesn't take responsibility. I hired him in December for tree removal, came in Feb. on a day when the yard was wet and thawing and tore up my yard, and my neighbor's...they never put mats down (as promised). Left heavy machinery and crane in wet yard overnight, too. Had to pester him for repairs and yard restoration, which he did a very poor job of. Refused to provide his insurance info and was very argumentative. He also runs his business under a different name (which he wanted the check made out to), called The Brush Cutter Tree Service, which seems dubious. Please avoid this kid, he's totally unprofessional, you'll regret it. These 5-star reviews all sound fake, BTW

I highly recommend these guys for your tree work.

Very happy with their tree removal service. Fast, professional and was a smooth process from the start. Cleaned up great as well. I give this place my recommendation!

Had a big tree in a dangerous situation that I needed taken down. Talked with Thomas and he came out pretty quick to give me an estimate, and he took care of everything pretty fast. I was definitely pretty impressed given everyone else were weeks out. Highly recommend this tree service!

I had some branches hanging over my neighbor's yard and needed my tree trimmed. Thomas from Eastlake Tree arrived quickly and took care of it in no time. Great tree service! Highly recommend!

Between two bad storms. I had some limbs in my yard. Thomas came right out and gave me an estimate, he has such good communication with you. Thomas and the crew came out as soon as possible and cleaned up my yard at a difficult time with snow on the ground. I so appreciate this being done. This is a great company. Very personable and they did an excellent job on my yard. Thank you so much, Michelle
