Had another circuit panel added to my existing one. Chris did fantastic work and I could not be happier. He showed up when expected and was very knowledgeable and professional. If I ever need any electrical work done on the future, this is the place I'm calling without any hesitation.

Terrific and I did not end up using their service. To explain, I had a short in a residential circuit. I replaced the breaker but that did not work. I checked the boxes on the circuit an nothing was wrong.

That is the extent of my electrical ability so I called three companies. The first two were internet listings and both answered by phone mail. I have yet to hear from either. I then called Waibel Electric since, I have seen their trucks around for years.

To my surprise a real person answered the phone and was able to verify that they would make a service call for my problem. She passed me on to the service supervisor. He took the time to ask me the nature of the problem. He then asked whether I had an attic or whole house fan. He explained they often are the culprit. Sure enough that was the problem causing the short. I was able to fix it myself not requiring a service call this time. I really appreciate the professionalism and help extended over the phone and will call / recommend Waibel if I ever am asked for a referral or need electrical help. This kind of professionalism is rare. The least I could do was follow up on my very positive experience.

Waibel always does a fantastic job. We've had them out to install electricity for our hot tub, and for moving our over-the-range microwave to its own circuit so we'd stop blowing the power every time we had the microwave and vacuum running at the same time. Waibel is always prompt, professional, and quality.

After a certain big box retailer botched a dryer hookup, Waibel was able to send out someone within a day to fix the issue and even uncover a bigger issue with the washer! Chris was fantastic - professional, personable and definitely getting more of my business as I learn more about this old house!

I engaged Waibel to repair a light switch and install a GFI in my bathroom. Eric arrived on time and completed the work within 1.5 hours (including having to leave to purchase a part). Eric was friendly, patiently answered my questions, and even provided some suggestions for my son who is looking to become an electrician after high school. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost for the work, and think it was reasonably priced. I will be using Waibel for all my future electrical needs. I highly recommend them.

First appointment was good. Great service at the time but was told we would get a call for a follow up on that Monday and no call. Called them Wednesday had to follow up ourselves to get on schedule and was told someone would be here at 7:30-8am and was going to be the first ones of the day and 5 hours later no one showed up and I canceled. Just going to look for another electrician to fix my problem. Wanted to stay local but options are limited for us.
