My home warrany company connected my to Mw Heating after a long line of other providers. Michael was by far the best regarding courtesy, price, and efficiency. I will be calling them directly for ongoing maintanence issues in the future.

My air is still not working and I reached out to MW Heating and Cooling LLC to inform Michael that the problem was not resolved. It is 90 degrees and after I told him it was still not working he informed me that I should change air filter. Eventhough I am having the same problem prior to MW coming out, I still changed the air filter. Guess what?! It still isn't working!!! I reached out to Michael again and of course received no response. I was informed that bolts dont even look like they have been touched. Michael was in and out. Now I am seeking outside contractors to pay for a service that was already paid for. Poor service and customer service. They were used as a contractor through my home warranty. I did inform my home warranty as well!

In January my furnace was leaking gas and not warming up the house. Mike came out and was able to find the source of the leak and showed me how to turn everything off. He then tried to find a part that would fix the leak but because my furnace was so old he quoted me at no more than $2000 for a furnace replacement. Luckily my home warranty covered it and he was able to get me a brand new furnace. He installed it quickly and effectively. I was so impressed with his work that when my AC recently died, he was the first HVAC professional I called to get a quote and see if he could install for me. Unfortunately he told me that he was in an accident and would be out of work for a while but would have preferred to get work done with some I know and trust already!

This is the second time I’ve used MW. Michael has always been professional, on time and honest (which is hard to find these days). He originally came out to the house a few years ago for an issue. He diagnosed fixed and repaired our older furnace. Recently a new issue popped up and I got a ridiculous quote from a bigger HVAC name. Luckily I remembered MW and had him come out to repair at a fraction of the cost of the bigger place. If you want to save money and have a quality technician/guy out to your place give him a call.

Thank you MW heating and Cooling for coming out. We had very old AC unit system that we were having problems with so they came out through our home warranty and they replaced the whole unit to brand new. Both father and son did awesome job replacing the unit, they were both very kind, hardworking and friendly and came on time. I would highly recommend them if you have any problem with your HVAC. They are best people to reach. 100% Recommendations. Thank you once again for coming out. Father and Son have done wonderful job replacing our AC system.

MW Heating and Cooling came and serviced us today after our furnace stopped working yesterday. It was freezing in our house and they came out with little notice on a Saturday!. Fixed the problem quickly. Thankful for them. Would definitely recommend

I was sent this company through my warranty company so I thought he was trustworthy.. my warranty company denied my claim so I decided to pay out my own pocket for a new A/C unit and coil. I got a 10 year warranty and 1 year free labor and parts. But 3 months later my A/C stop working. I text Michael and he was said he was going to come fix it but soon stop responding… over this year I tried to call and text him with no response. Now that summer is back around I find out that my coil is no good. I called Michael again with no response. Do not trust him. Don’t waste your money

Michael came out through our warranty company (CHW) due to a failed heat exchanger on our furnace. He had more sophisticated equipment than other companies, including a combustion analyzer and a carbon monoxide detector. Not only did he thoroughly answer my questions, but he fielded many questions from the warranty company. He knew our brand of furnace and its typical failure points, and also provided guidance on other brands to get if we do get a replacement. One of the most knowledgeable HVAC technicians I've talked to.

MW Heating and Cooling exceeds our expectations every time we have used their services. I like they are very customer focused. They have taken care of our family's HVAC needs for many years and have always been there for us when we needed them. Great work ethic and integrity. I recommend MW to everyone I know.

Can't seem to show up on time, poor communication skills. He said my unit needed a new capacitor, he replaced it. Lasted 3 days. called another company. That tech said the capacitor was not a new one. Michael is dishonest, can not be trusted

MW came to us as a referral. We had a decades-old air conditioner and furnace that was in dire need of replacement. We also had some detached ductwork repaired and replaced under our home in a very tight challenging area. Michael in Matthew did a great job completing this project. They completed the job in under 7 hours total. They also saved us a lot of $$$. A small fraction of what some of the bigger companies had quoted us. We were very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their HVAC system repaired or replaced. Good, honest and hardworking people.

There’s nothing better than getting help when you need it—especially when you least expect it. After finally getting our AC installed by a local company, we ran into quite a few unexpected issues. It was frustrating, to say the least. But thankfully, Mike stepped in and saved the day.

He showed up, assessed the situation, tested different settings, and worked diligently to get the air circulating throughout our entire home. His knowledge was solid, but what really stood out was his customer service and calm, light-hearted energy. His humor honestly helped ease a lot of our stress in the moment.

Our furnace went out less than 48 hours before Christmas, which was incredibly stressful. After our rental company submitted a work order, Michael with MW was at our door in under two hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the part fixed in no time.

Thank You Airtime Heating & Cooling for the fast service. You saved our lives. We were having HVAC furnace problems. The service tech arrived this morning to check the system.
