I have a rental property and the heat went out on a Sunday. I called 4 or 5 outfits, getting voicemails or answering services and Mr. Air was the (and only one of two) first to respond and even had me scheduled almost right away. My technician, Tommy, arrived in the 2 hour window they had promised and he identified the problem quickly (the ignitor) and had one ON THE TRUCK and fixed it immediately!
The bonus was the $99.00 service call fee - even on a Sunday.

Last minute before a nasty snowstorm our furnace went out. In 3 days Tommy and his crew got everything ready for us before the real cold hit. They were timely and communicated fantastic with us. Tommy was very honest and open with his communication and I truly appreciate that. Thank you all for your help!

We had a new AC and Furnace installed this past summer by another company. We were having some issues with it, and struggled to get that company to come back out and take a look. We called Mr Air, and Tommy came out and got us right! Only company we will use or recommend from here forward!
