Was super friendly and genuine. He was willing to come out as quick as possible and help me with my oven. He didn’t rush me off the phone and listened to my problem and answered all my questions. Also, I appreciated that I didn’t have to talk to a third party person and I got to speak directly to the guy who would fix it. Would 100% recommend!

Myraid Pro Services did a phenomenal job with my stove. Technician was well prepared for the job by communicating with me to diagnose the issue and ordering the part beforehand which made him efficient from the beginning to the end. He is very honest and upfront with all costs so one can make an informed decision to accept the quote or not. I would definitely recommend him to everyone as well as using his services in the future. The only thing I would say is the labor is a little costly “for me”, but for the quality of his work it is worth and is reasonable when compared to others.
