I did not use this company but I was in a gas station while 2 employees driving a company truck was so incredibly rude to the clerk I would never use this company seeing the true colors of the employees

It took sometime to get things on the schedule but when we did get on the schedule the work was great and the people very friendly.

Horrible experience. Since the installation in 2015, they have had to come out for multiple visits 11) not removing the large sticker on our skylight window, 2) heating wires not properly being installed over our family room 3) multiple leaks that took place after they installed the roof. This was never an issue for us previously. Now, we are saddled with interior damage from a recent leak and some "tests" that they did which caused additional damage, which they refused to fix. They said that damage is fixed "at their discretion" even though they were the ones that caused it!

They have done numerous jobs for us and always stand behind their work. We've had a new roof, windows, and chimney done by S. Bradley. They also did some additional repair work on a leaky fireplace.

People need to understand the difference between those companies that just slap shingles on a roof, and those that actually REPAIR.
S. Bradley did an extensive REPAIR that took care of a leak in my Century Home. 'Nuff said.' Matched replacement shingles to a 'T' as well.
And the price was well worth it.

PS. .. Wife could not complain about arriving on time, professionalism, cleanup or anything ... which absolutely ruined her day!!!

The company did a quality job in professional and timely manner in Aug. 2021.

They repaired deterioration at the top of on my 60 year old brik chimney. They replaced a few dozen deteriorating bricks and repointed joints.

It required setting up scaffoldings and protecting adjacent structure.
I am very satisficed with they work and would recommend them.

Owner and employee stood behind their work. They did a few vents and they went out of their way to make sure the solution worked for my space. The first dryer vent they put was not working properly and Jeff and Brandon both put some really good thought into a very elegant vent alternative that not only works, but it’s also as inconspicuous as it can get.
