Called and left four messages over a three week period with no return call. Lousy way to conduct business moving on to a better busines.

Edit: The messages I left explicitly asked that I be called back to discuss the details of the work I wanted to get completed.

The first call I get from this place is 9 pm on a Sunday complaining about this negative review. Claiming to have left a written quote in one day from my original call. He seemed quite agitated and needless to say I wasn't going to argue with him at 9 pm on a Sunday, so I hung up on him.

I live in a duplex so it's possible a quote was left in my tenants mailbox who never told me. He also stated that the quote included work on a maple in my front yard.

It's amazing what one simple phone call would have avoided. Had he called me back like I had asked he would have known that 1) I was not interested in work on the maple tree and 2) that any written communication needed to be left in the correct mailbox.

Take what you want from this review, ultimately he may do good work (I will never know), but don't expect proper communication.

Ardmore tree sevices did a great job removing 3 very large trees from our property. They worked fast and efficient and left the back yard mostly cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for a good job.

The men and women at Ardmore tree are amazing. They are highly skilled and very polite. I would definitely hire them again. Mark is very knowledgeable In all aspects of tree care. He explained everything to me and took great care of my yard. The crew is top notch☆☆☆☆☆

Ardmor Tree Service was great! The crew did an OUTSTANDING job. I was also pleasantly surprised by the highly professional demeanor of these burly bearded lumberjacks lol. My yard is tightly fenced and would not allow equipment. When I looked out my window there was a man nearly 40ft in the tree with a chainsaw piecing things out. Despite the inability to use equipment, they worked efficiently and I am very happy. Oh, and the yard was left beautiful. I recommend them!

Matt and his crew were great. This is the third time they have worked at our property. I took a few of their recommendations on which trees to prune, and which ones to remove to give us more light for our backyard. When they left the property was cleaner than before they arrived. I highly recommend them, and will certain be using them again. Great company for sure.

Professional, professional, professional, what a great experience with a knowledgeable company. Transparent throughout the entire process from start to finish. They made my family feel comfortable with them on our property. What great equipment to make sure little to no damage was done to the yard. I love a family run business, from the owner to his son making the process run smoothly, we got the best service one could ask for. They did the tree other companies walked away from and with ease. Matt and his men were great!!!!

I called this company for an estimate on a fallen tree on my property. The owner, Matthew, said he would be at my home the next day around noon. I took the afternoon off from work to be there. He ended up showing up about 4pm and smelled of booze and marijuana. He left me an estimate, which was extremely high, and left. He kept calling to get my phone for days until I blocked his number.

We had a wonderful experience with Ardmore tree service. We had a very large oak tree in our front trimmed, probably 50' tall and when I first spoke with Mark he really gave me a lot of good information about the tree and when it should be trimmed to keep it healthy.
What really blew me away was their response time in all communications as well as the trimming of the tree. His crew got arrived, got right to work and while it rained the whole time they did not miss a single little twig on this giant tree or on the ground. Highly recommended!!

You should be proud of those men. First they were safe, they communicated with each other well, cleaned up as much as possible, they were respectful, and acted like they were brothers. And that all leads to Matt and how well he instructed the others. He represents the company in a good way. Thanks for everything. It was fun to watch them. Especially Sky.

The lawn was cut uneven, edging wasn’t done, and areas were left unfinished. When I asked for it to be fixed, they refused to come back and instead called it a “freebie.” I didn’t ask for free work—I expected the job to be done correctly. Would not suggest nor use!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I just want to say how much I appreciate you going above and beyond with my yard. There was root covered areas you weren’t even required to address, but you put in the extra work and it didn’t go unnoticed. I am extremely appreciative The place looks great!. You’re definitely gonna be my snowplow guy in the winter as well💯

This is totally fake company. Guy name Chris is most irresponsive person I had seen. I would like to recommend not to give one chance to this fake Company. Worst Worst and Worst!
