I had an overall positive experience with Roto-Rooter, but I feel it's important to acknowledge their initial misstep. When they first arrived to address my water backup issue, the correction provided did not fully resolve the problem, which was frustrating. It seemed like they didn't initially identify the root cause or take the necessary extra steps to fix the backup properly.

However, I was impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction. Once I brought the ongoing issue to their attention, the team went the extra yard to revisit the problem, diagnose the underlying cause more thoroughly, and put in the extra effort to correct it. They demonstrated genuine professionalism and a willingness to make things right, ultimately resolving the water backup issue to my satisfaction.

While the initial fix was not perfect, their responsive follow-up and dedication to doing the job properly showed integrity and customer care. I appreciate that they took responsibility for their initial oversight and took the necessary steps to ensure the problem was fully addressed in the end.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable with his findings. Explain everything to me in depth, and he also reached out to make sure His findings were correct. Would definitely recommend his services to others.

Rob went above and beyond to get our bathroom working again. He spent longer than he had budgeted at my house and everything works great.

Response time and communications were excellent. Technician Jamir was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Carefully explains all options and costs, promptly solved the issue and cleaned up well. 2nd technician Lloyd who did the follow up camera work was equally as professional as Jamie. Pricing was very good. I have used Roto Rooter in the past, even more impressed this time. I highly recommend this team!

The whole experience with Roto-Rooter was easy and pleasant. The technician, Scott, was easy to deal with and he shared with me everything he was doing. The blockage was not easy to clear, but Scott wasn’t giving up until he cleared it. He was later joined by Ben who used a camera to verify everything was good. All in all, a very good experience!!!!!

He came in and did what he was supposed to fix the issue and was very knowledgeable and even offered additional service if needed great work guys

Terence was phenomenal. He was real professional, knew what he was talking about, he explained to me exactly what he was doing, what he saw, and everything. Extremely professional and courteous and I can appreciate that. Especially being as how it was storming outside. I would definitely seek him out for any other job I call Roto-Rooter for.

He really took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I fully understood the issue and the repair process. I never felt pressured or upsold—just genuine care and great communication. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly, and I haven’t had a single issue since. It’s rare to find someone this trustworthy and skilled. I highly recommend him and will 100% be asking for him again if I ever need plumbing services in the future!

Caleb 1401 and Mike 5372 spent the whole day over installing a new kitchen sink, brand new toilet, snaking outside access drains, and every other plumbing related odds and ends I could think of. They were thorough, did high quality professional work, and kept everything under budget. They were both very knowledgeable and acted as professionals the entire job. Robert did a great job removing our toilet, snaking out the sewer line to get things flowing. Replaced the toilet and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional.

Wow, Robert came out 1 hour after calling on a Saturday for backed up main. He was very professional, explained everything and made several calls to ensure proper protocol.
