Had appointment with this company to replace a few outlets. Waited about a week for this appointment. Technician showed up and told me he didn't have the correct color outlets I needed and wanted me to wait another 30 minutes for him to go pick them up which I didn't have time for due to other appointments I had lined up for that day. We rescheduled for the following Monday between 2-3 pm but never showed. I do not live at this property where the worked needed done so it was a big inconvenience to have to drive 45 minutes there for no one to show up and no one to return my calls. Called another company the next day and they came out that very same day I called and did what I needed. I'm not saying this company doesn't do good work because unfortunately I wouldn't know. Maybe the job I needed done wasn't big enough for them to care. Either way pretty unprofessional.

We just moved into our new home and had a few electrical changes we wanted to make with lighting and installing new outlets in tricky places. My husband called and spoke to Carl who came out the same day to give an estimate, and completed the work the next day! Him an his team were friendly, professional and quick! Carl even helped us brainstorm for a few projects we want to do down the line. We're excited to call him for whatever is next on our wishlist!

I recently had Morris Electric into my home to do a quotation for the installation of two new ceiling fans in rooms that did not have any current electric in the ceiling. Carl came out to quote us and gave us multiple different options on how we could achieve our goal of minimizing the impact of installing the two fans, especially the one in the living room.

On installation day, they were on time and not disruptive at all throughout the day. The installation went great and they cleaned up every bit of mess that they made. I would highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again in the event I need any electrical work done.

In terms of price, they were very fair. I wanted to have a licensed electrician to do the work and was willing to pay a slight premium for that comfort.

Carl & Jesse are OUTSTANDING! They ran the electrical for my new hot tub. Both are friendly & professional. The job was completed on time & on budget. I highly recommend Morris Electric & will definitely use them again.

Jeff did an incredible job installing a dedicated electric line for a sump pump. He worked both in the garage and the basement on a super hot day. He completed the work efficiently, professionally and quickly with a good dose of politeness and respect too. The owners, Bruce and Dan, were responsive and helpful as well. Their pricing was competitive and reasonable.

They’ve done a fair amount of work for me over the past several years and their work was always very good. However, they gave me a quote on something recently. When I called back to schedule the service, they ghosted me. I called several times over the past several weeks and there has been no response.

We were working with State Farm on an electrical issue and were told we needed to contact an electrician. Our regular electrician had ghosted us last time, the first one I called this time did not want to deal with anything with insurance, then I contacted Morris and they had Carl contact me to discuss the situation. He came out in a timely manner, on time, investigated the problem, showed me exactly what was going on, gave a thorough explanation in terms I could understand and then explained it to the insurance rep. The work was completed today by Jeff and I could not be happier with the quality of the work. We felt comfortable enough to leave him alone in the house (electric had to be shut off) all morning while we ran around. Highly recommend for great service at a reasonable price. No "ghosting" with them!

We are beyond thrilled with Morris Electric. We needed a full panel replacement and we added some outlets and lights throughout our 1930's house. Carl and Jeff were extremely professional and always timely. They worked efficiently and did an incredible job on everything they updated for us. They also cleaned as they went and left no mess. We were nervous to start this big project but are so happy we chose this company. They were fairly priced and their work was superior!

I purchased a 1950's house a little over a year ago that had an old 200 Amp General Switch breaker panel. The panel was functional but the company was no longer in business and certain components and the main breaker were near impossible to find in the used market. I did not want to wait until I needed an emergency repair to deal with this issue so I decided to pull the trigger on a panel swap. I contacted several companies for quotes. Morris electric was priced in the lower-middle of the pack and they had a number of good reviews, a solid warranty on their work, and Jesse seemed competent and knowledgeable so I decided to go with them. I also liked the fact that they used the higher quality Square D QO panels. There was a slight hiccup with setting up an appointment due to issues procuring the panel (supply chain delays) but Jesse arrived on-time on the install date and made quick work of removing the existing panel and installing the new panel. The final cost came in below the quote since he was able to use the existing grounds and service entrance cable. I decided to wait several weeks before posting the review in case any issues arose. We have had no issues with the new panel and now I have plenty of panel-space to expand.

Morris is the Best! Carl was on time, quick, good at explaining options and coming up with solutions and of course does great work. They updated my family room with recessed lights and moved fixtures for the TV and more. He also was very knowledgeable with more complicated advise needed for a nearby condo complex expecially about their "wall of meters" or meter base downstairs.

We had an excellent experience with Morris Electric. After dealing with the same issue for over a year and hiring two different electricians who couldn’t diagnose the problem, Morris Electric was able to identify and fix it in just one hour. Their pricing was cheaper than the other places, and their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable electrical work in the area.
