We had a yearly clean & service check done on our heating systems. Tyler, our service tech, is very knowledgeable about heating systems, and he explained the importance of having regular maintenance performed on your heating/cooling systems -- that it prolongs the life of the systems if you do this. He also provided information about where to install carbon monoxide detectors and why we were having temperature fluctuations around our house. We have always had good experiences in the past with Hill-Air and will continue to use them.

Hill-Air was able to schedule an appointment with us the next day to service our AC unit that wasn’t working properly. Service Tech Chuck arrived shortly after the allotted time window. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Our appointment was at the end of the day and he never appeared to be in a hurry or rush to get out our door. We prefer working with local businesses in our city and would highly recommend them.

Hill-Air has been my service company for over 20 years. They have kept my system running strong over that entire time, keeping older equipment running at its best. Always prompt and thorough. On my most recent PMA visit, the technician alerted me to a slight carbon monoxide reading at my heat exchanger, gave advice on detectors, and info on furnace replacement which will likely be coming soon. Rest assured that when I replace my aging HVAC, Hill-Air will be the ones I call!

Hire Hill Heating & Air- this company is outstanding. Their level of customer service is above and beyond any other company out there. They installed a new furnace for us and the process was very smooth. Their technicians Chris and Chuck have been very helpful with furnace maintenance. Prices are more reasonable than other companies we checked with. They are fair, honest and very professional.

Our A/C stopped working on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. I called Hill-Air and the service tech was at my place in an hour. The unit needed additional work two days later and there was no extra charge for the second visit. More than fair and great people to work with!

I am so very pleased with Hill Air's employees. They are all very knowledgeable and conscientious. They have kept my a/c and furnace in good working condition since I have been in my home (2020). The person that replaced Tyler is very nice and told me that he put in a lot of the systems in our community, which makes me feel very confident of his work and that if any Hill-Air person that would come in my home.

Hill-Air is the only company we trust. They are quick to respond to emergencies, and give excellent honest quotes. All technicians that have been to our house have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Tyler was last onsite and he did a great job with our routine maintenance. We highly recommend this company to all of our friends and family.

Our A/C unit stopped working and the thermostat was blank. To make it worse, the outside temp was 90+ an extremely humid. Hill Air can the same day a made required repairs and we now have
A/C again. We found the service tech very knowledgeable and personable. The charge was very reasonable considering they arrived on the same day, after hours. I strongly recommend Hill-Air for HVAC needs.

The technician called ahead. He arrived in the middle of the time window that I was given when I booked the appointment. He was friendly, polite, and quick and answered all my questions. He made some suggestions for the future since our system is getting a bit old. I was satisfied with the work.

I needed a complete system (Furnace & A/C). Hill-Air did an outstanding job from start to finish! Jeff & I discussed the options for my house and budget and then Rob & Steve arrived on time the morning of the installation. They worked tirelessly to get my system in & working, plus they took extra care to clean up and not track dirt in the house. The system has been working like a dream since the install back in January! Mark arrived yesterday for a preventative maintenance check on the A/C. He was on time, careful not to track in dirt, and he answered all of my questions about future maintenance. He explained everything that he was checking for and was really professional. I am very pleased that I decided to use Hill-Air for my heating and cooling needs. I would highly recommend them!!

Been a customer with Hill-Air for decades and have always been impressed with the quality of the HVAC equipment they install and the thoroughness with which they maintain them. Their prices are very competitive and, most importantly, as a local company, they are reliable and there when you need them.

Hill-Air has done an excellent job servicing and maintaining my air conditioner, gas furnace and various accessories of my system for several years now. Their pricing is reasonable. Their office staff is efficient and technicians are top notch.

Hill air to the rescue! Our air conditioner went out during the heat wave and Steve was here within 4 hrs! Had the needed parts with him. He fully explained everything and was a delight to work with. Hill Air is your go to for every heat and air issue

Always very happy with their service! We've been customers of Hill-Air for 35 years. The preventive maintenance plan is fantastic and Tyler has been out to our house the last 2 or 3 times. They installed our new Carrier furnace about 5 years ago and a EcoBee smart thermostat that I absolutely love! Our air conditioning unit is about 20 years old and the preventive maintenance has been keeping it running great a lot longer than we could have hoped. Despite the fact that it's still running great, Tyler can see that we won't be able to do that much longer; we'll be having them install our new Carrier air conditioning unit before next summer. Tyler is a great technician and always honest and trustworthy.

I'm posting for my 94 year old mom Virginia who has had Hill Air for years. She's very happy with the response, excellent work and communication. She loves Chris and only asks for him. She'd recommend Chris and Hill Air to anyone.

Hill Air always takes care of my heating and air conditioning needs well at a good cost. During my most recent service, Chris, the service person was efficient and helpful. He is always very nice and very helpful.

Mark provided our recent semi-annual maintenance for the cooling season on our Carrier heat pump and furnace HVAC system, which were installed by Hill Air in April 2007 - 18 years ago. This is long past the average life of a heat pump, but ours is still running well thanks to regular heating and cooling season maintenance by the Hill Air team. We also have much lower than average electric bills for a house our size, which is a direct result of Hill Air keeping our system running efficiently.
