We had a yearly clean & service check done on our heating systems. Tyler, our service tech, is very knowledgeable about heating systems, and he explained the importance of having regular maintenance performed on your heating/cooling systems -- that it prolongs the life of the systems if you do this. He also provided information about where to install carbon monoxide detectors and why we were having temperature fluctuations around our house. We have always had good experiences in the past with Hill-Air and will continue to use them.

Hill-Air was able to schedule an appointment with us the next day to service our AC unit that wasn’t working properly. Service Tech Chuck arrived shortly after the allotted time window. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Our appointment was at the end of the day and he never appeared to be in a hurry or rush to get out our door. We prefer working with local businesses in our city and would highly recommend them.

Hill-Air has been my service company for over 20 years. They have kept my system running strong over that entire time, keeping older equipment running at its best. Always prompt and thorough. On my most recent PMA visit, the technician alerted me to a slight carbon monoxide reading at my heat exchanger, gave advice on detectors, and info on furnace replacement which will likely be coming soon. Rest assured that when I replace my aging HVAC, Hill-Air will be the ones I call!
