JM Mechanical Heating & Cooling

As a first time home buyer I have little experience maintaining a home by myself so I called JM mechanical for a furnace tune up right when I purchased my home. Every aspect of my experience with this company was great, from the scheduling to the appointment itself. The technician was thorough and also very informative, taking time to explain the ins and outs of things I needed to understand/look for as a home owner as well giving me helpful advice. Their services are fairly priced. I also appreciated that they sent a profile of the technician to me when he was on his way so that I could properly identify him when he got here. I will be sure to tell any of my fellow homeowners about JM mechanical and will be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future!

From the time I called to the time Michael showed up, I’ve been impressed with this companies customer service. They are very professional and personable. Not only was Michael early, he was very pleasant and well groomed. He made me feel very comfortable and explained what was going on with my HVAC. The best part was there was NO pressure to have any extra bells or whistles. He didn’t try to make me a “club member” or feed me any lies about something needing fixed that wasn’t truly broken. We are very happy with our new air conditioning system! We had several other quotes from companies charging much more for lesser quality systems. Within a week we had a quote (Brandon was great, professional and helpful) and the new system was installed (Jason and Alex were efficient, professional and respectful of our house and our indoor cats). The office was efficient, polite and answered our calls and any questions quickly and honestly. We had a great experience and highly recommend JM Mechanical.
