HORRIBLE and DISHONEST! They put all of the debris (3 large heavy piles that would require heavy machinery to move) from the landscaping job completely in 2 of my neighbors yards ( which understandably upset them) Then when I called Mr. Hubbard back out to ask him to fix this issue, he acknowledged the were obviously in the neighbors' yards and he even remembered me pointed out and emphasizing the property lines. But he then proceeded to tell me he "wasn't going to fix it for free" and that he was going to charge me "at least another $400-$500" to move it in my yard, like it should have been from the beginning. I was outraged and went and got a few more quotes, all ranged from 450-1000. I had hired the cheapest company to do it and was planning on paying Midwest the remaining amount I owed them minus the amount I had to pay the other company to finish the job. However Midwest went and charged my credit card (which they had on file from the deposit we paid them) WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. They even forged my signature! This company is completely dishonest and I wonder if this is a scam they try to pull on people. You can't dump garbage on someone's property and then say " I clean it up but you have to pay me" The audacity and dishonesty of this company is amazing. I highly recommend finding a company that is honest and will do the job right
